Due to the globalization of network technology,under the influence of the trend of big data and information,education and its integration are getting deeper and deeper,and the flipping classroom teaching mode has great influence after entering China.It is produced in the context of the informationization trend and the educational revolution.This model changes the behavioral and role relationship between teachers and students,and interprets the new ideas led by the student subject teachers under the new curriculum standards.The analysis of teaching behavior is conducive to improving the teaching ability of teachers,and is conducive to further improving teaching efficiency and teaching quality.This thesis mainly adopts the combination of theory and empirical research,and deeply explores the classroom teaching behavior analysis and optimization strategy in the flip classroom mode,with relevant literature and constructivist learning theory and people on classroom teaching behavior and flipping classroom at home and abroad.The theory of literary learning and the theory of distributed learning are the support.Using literature research method,observation method,comparative analysis method,interview method and empirical method,the paper analyzes the specific design of the flip classroom teaching mode and the behavior of teachers and students.Firstly,it summarizes the characteristics of the teaching behavior of flipping classroom mode and the three types of selection.The video samples are separately encoded,classified,and recorded by the system.Secondly,through the construction of teaching behavior analysis model and the basic methods of teaching behavior analysis,the behavior parameters are analyzed,mainly through the data of basic analysis experiments,teaching behavior conversion experiments,interactive teaching experiments and class classification comparison.Explore the teaching problems and meaning behind the experiment.Finally,according to the results of experimental research,the quality of interaction is not high,the guidance is not enough,and the feedback evaluation is not in place.The specific strategies and implementation suggestions for rationalization are provided to provide some reference for educators.
