Teaching and learning behavior in classroom is an important factor to affect the quality of classroom teaching. It is the primary condition to realize curriculum and its concept. At present, classroom actuality is full of experience and habit performance, which affecting the practical effectiveness of classroom teaching seriously. It is a theoretical and practical issue to optimize teaching and learning behavior in classroom. Therefore, the purpose of the dissertation is to make a systematic and thorough probing through theoretical discussion and practical experimentation on the base of current situation investigation about teaching and learning behavior in classroom.The research consists of seven parts:The introduction: This part discusses the origin of the research and shows its purpose and values, introduces present situation and puts forward the basic method on the research.The current situation and understanding of teaching and learning behavior in classroom: Through the investigation, we found the questions of teaching and learning behavior in classroom such as the modality, awareness, attitude, attribution etc., and found two primary questions that the study should solve: What should be optimized? How to optimize teaching and learning behavior in classroom?The reflection of teaching and learning behavior in classroom: We obtain enlightenment of the methods and train of thoughts from a clairvoyant study of pluralistic theories. This part analyses and annotates the value of teaching andlearning behavior in classroom, sets forth the connote and features of teaching and learning behavior in classroom: it is an integrative behavior, which shows that the community of teacher and student promotes positive instruction and self -development in the situation of classroom teachmg and learning, it has features of settings, participation, consistence of goals, empiric of meaning, integration, culture, development, etc.The integrative perspective for the research on optimum teaching and learning behavior in classroom: This part discusses the integrative structure of teaching and learning behavior in classroom. It considers that teaching and learning behavior in classroom is a complex system, the multi-levels constructional system in which interaction and inter-influence between teachers and students. It regards the nature of interaction between teachers' and students' behavior as the behavior chain forming from exchange and interaction of teachers and students, and there are regular relations between them, such as the relation between interactions, between cause and effect, between controls. We form an integrative perspective for the research on optimum teaching and learning behavior in classroom. This part points out that the organizational principle is conditional application, and presents that the integrative principles is high efficient, steady and normal.The change of teacher's behavior attitude: In the base of the analysis of factors that affect the change of teacher's behavior attitude, this part presents that teaching practice is the basic angle to promote the change of teacher's behavior attitude. It considers that the key to change teacher's behavior attitude is to change the teaching concept, and the motive force resulted from teacher's life. It proposes to set the life philosophy of building "Teaching is life".The inquiry and analysis of strategies on teaching and learning behavior in classroom: Based on theoretical discussion, this part constructs the optimizing strategies for classroom teaching behavior from three levels. The environmental supporting strategy is the improvement ensure for the optimization of classroom teaching behavior. The developmental support strategy is a developing condition and the improvement way of promoting the optimizing classroom teaching behavior.
