With the constant advancement of the international teacher education reform,The professional quality of teachers has attracted extensive attention of researchers.Among them,professional stress,as an important factor affecting the improvement of teachers' professional quality,has become a hot topic in the research field.Kindergarten teachers are an important force to promote the development of preschool education.However,in practice,the occupational pressure of kindergarten teachers is prominent,which restricts the stability,professional growth and mental health development of kindergarten teachers.The management of kindergarten teachers' occupational stress is helpful to solve the problem of teachers' occupational stress,promote teachers' professional development and mental health level,and realize the stability of teachers.At present,there are few studies on professional stress management of kindergarten teachers,especially the in-depth analysis of the basic theory of professional stress management and the detailed study of the current situation of professional stress management.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the basic theory of kindergarten teachers' occupational stress management,explore its realistic situation,analyze its problems and their causes,and put forward promotion strategies on this basis.On the basis of the existing research,this study made a theoretical analysis of the occupational stress management of kindergarten teachers by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and observation.Meanwhile,it made a comprehensive investigation of the current situation and analyzed the existing problems,so as to propose the promotion strategies for the occupational stress management of kindergarten teachers.The research is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part is the question.Based on the analysis of existing studies,this study clarifies the specific research content and defines the research framework.The second part,research ideas and methods.The research idea of this study is to combine theoretical analysis with empirical research,qualitative research with quantitative research and ecological principle.The research methods are mainly literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and observation method.The third part,the kindergarten teacher occupation pressure management theory analysis.This study mainly discusses from four aspects,including the theoretical basis,guidance,principle,process and mechanism of kindergarten teacher professional stress management,and provides theoretical basis for further analyzing the current situation,problems and causes of kindergarten teacher professional stress management.The fourth part,the kindergarten teacher occupation pressure management present situation exploration.In this study,questionnaire survey,interview and observation were used to comprehensively explore the current situation of kindergarten teachers' occupational stress management from three aspects of prevention,evaluation and response,so as to provide practical basis for analyzing the problems and causes and proposing relevant promotion Suggestions.The fifth part,Analysis on the problems and causes of occupational stress management of kindergarten teachers.Combined with the investigation of the current situation,questionnaire survey and interview were used to analyze the problems in depth from the three aspects of stress prevention,assessment and response,and the causes of the problems were analyzed from the three aspects of teachers themselves,kindergartens and the society.The sixth part,the promotion strategy of kindergarten teacher career stress management.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the theoretical basis and the actual situation,according to the problems and the causes of the relevant promotion Suggestions: in the aspect of teachers,teachers should improve professional quality to prevent occupational stress;Build reasonable expectations and manage your career;Cultivate a sound personality,improve the ability to withstand pressure;Improve management awareness and stress management.In the aspect of kindergarten,scientific management should be carried out to relieve the pressure of teacher occupation.Improving educational resources and teachers' working environment;Pay attention to the pressure of teachers,strengthen the psychological counseling of teachers.In social aspect,the economic treatment and social status of kindergarten teachers should be improved;Raise the threshold of admission for kindergarten teachers;Strengthen the understanding and support for kindergarten teachers;.
