Pick to "Education is the foundation of a century-old plan" and "education is the foundation of teachers".With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the society,schools,parents and other sectors have put forward higher and higher requirements for teachers.The teacher profession also appears more and more pressure,especially in the beginning of the primary school teachers group,complex,special teacher work,to their physical and mental brought greater professional pressure.How to help primary school teachers from various ways to alleviate professional pressure,this problem deserves our attention and reflection.This study is based on Ellis rational emotion therapy,teacher professional development theory and individual-environment matching theory.Through reviewing a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,this study USES questionnaire and interview method for empirical research to understand the current situation of primary school teachers' occupational pressure.And with the help of SPSS21.0 data T test correlation analysis,to further understand the impact of different pressure sources on different groups of beginning teachers.In the study found that elementary school beginning teachers occupational stress these problems: the elementary school teachers' occupational stress to be appointed general at the upper level,the student factor was the cause of primary school teachers' occupational stress to be appointed the first pressure source,low teaching experience(2 years)of elementary school beginning teachers professional pressure,subject of elementary school teachers' professional pressure,to be appointed to be appointed as a teacher in charge's primary school teachers' professional pressure is more apparent,workload of elementary school beginning teachers occupational stress is larger,the influence of elementary school beginning teachers' career planning is not clear,narrow,elementary school beginning teachers professional development way to alleviate occupational stress method is single.On the basis of analyzing the causes ofthe above problems,the author puts forward the countermeasures to relieve the occupational pressure of primary school teachers.Mainly include,social level:establish correct idea,build loose,harmonious social environment;To improve the treatment and status of teachers and protect their legitimate rights and interests;Strengthen the pre-service training for the beginning teachers,improve the professional practice ability of the beginning teachers.School level: establish teacher-oriented management concept,reflect the humanized management;Efforts to create a lively,vibrant campus cultural environment;The developmental,formative and diversified teacher evaluation mechanism should be adopted in schools.Establish and perfect psychological intervention mechanism and provide psychological counseling service.Teachers: learn to adjust themselves and improve their emotional state;Strive to improve professional ability,do a good job in career planning;Manage your time well and improve your time management skills.Parent level: trust,understand and cooperate with primary school teachers.
