The arrival of the era of big data undoubtedly provides a new path for the intelligent innovation and development of social governance in our country,at present,big data technology has been widely deployed in various fields of social governance and has achieved great results,big data has increasingly become an important tool to enhance the ability of social governance.The essential purpose of social governance is to continuously explore ways to improve the service quality and level of social governance,so as to improve public satisfaction.With the development and application of customer satisfaction theory,social public satisfaction measurement has gradually become a hot topic in the field of social governance research.Public satisfaction has become one of the important indicators to test the level of social governance services in the context of big data.Only by putting public satisfaction in the first place can we better realize the innovative development of social governance and continuously improve the level of social governance.Firstly,after explaining the research background,purpose and significance,and the related research situation at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the research design,including the definition of variables and the selection of variables indicators,theoretical basis and research hypothesis,sample sources and distribution of sample characteristics,and makes reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire data.Secondly,the empirical research part uses descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,logistic regression analysis,structural equation and other statistical analysis methods to explore the status quo and influencing factors of social governance satisfaction.This part mainly from the public's personal characteristics and perceived service quality two aspects,inspected the external factors of social governance satisfaction;On the other hand,based on the interaction relationship among the eight indicators of social governance satisfaction,a model is established to explore the interaction mechanism among the eight factors,and the influencing factors of social governance satisfaction are analyzed internally,and the internal promotion path to enhance social governance satisfaction is explored.Finally,based on the conclusions of this study,some suggestions are put forward,and the limitations and prospects of this study are briefly discussed.The results show that the overall satisfaction of social governance is above the middle level,but from the perspective of all factors of social governance satisfaction,the satisfaction scores of education equity,data resource sharing,pollution control and environmental protection product service are low,which indicates that the satisfaction level of social governance needs to be further strengthened.From the perspective of influencing factors,the higher the age and income of the public,the higher the satisfaction with social governance,the higher the educational level of the public,the lower the satisfaction with social governance;the perceived service quality of the public has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction with social governance,of which,caring has the greatest impact on the satisfaction with social governance.In the process of social governance,government services should focus on strengthening the care of services.From the perspective of internal factors,the four factors of regional development,social security,social safety and employment and entrepreneurship have the greatest impact on social governance satisfaction,which is the focus and key of future social governance work in our country.
