In recent years,the party and government have attached great importance to the issue of the people's sense of gain.In the report of the 19 th CPC national congress,Xi Jinping stressed that "all the people should have a greater sense of gain from joint development and Shared development".For ideological and political education,the key to further enhance and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education is to enhance the sense of acquisition of educational objects,which is an urgent issue that ideological and political educators must face and solve under the background of new era development.In the new era,the ideological and political education in China is faced with such problems as weak effectiveness,low affinity and attraction,and insufficient penetration.This paper starts from the educational principle of putting people first and cultivating virtue,and from the theoretical perspective of meeting the needs of educational objects and enhancing their sense of acquisition.In sorting out the basic theory of ideological and political education the acquisition connotation,on the basis of ideological and political education to get a sense of generated research as the breakthrough point,in the end to improve the education object to obtain in the sense of practice path of research,to the effective work of ideological and political education in the new period puts forward some new theoretical thinking and practical exploration.The sense of acquisition in ideological and political education refers to the positive psychological feelings of the educational objects based on certain beneficial objective acquisition in the process of ideological and political education activities.The generation of this result is not immediate and solidified,but continuous and spiraling.In this process,the object of education can meet its own needs and interests through tangible gains.The sense of acquisition in ideological and political education has a special connotation,which is different from the sense of acquisition in general sense.Its essence is the unity of self-satisfaction and self-realization,and it has the basic attributes of subjectivity and objectivity,individuality and group,and dominance and recessive.As the root of the sense of acquisition in ideological and political education,realistic people's needs are generated in three stages,namely initiation,formation and sublimation.Each stage has its own special development node and key link.Based on the practical content obtained by ideological and political education,it can be analyzed concretely from three logical levels: objective level,subjective level and practical level.However,the lack of discourse consensus,value consensus and emotional consensus will lead to the dilemma of the generation of the sense of gain in ideological and political education.How to promote the development and promotion of the sense of acquisition of educational objects to the greatest extent is the foothold of the whole research on the sense of acquisition of ideological and political education.First of all,the people-oriented,focus on the object of education as the origin and foundation of the sense of gain,Secondly,it systematically explains and analyzes the practical ways and specific plans to improve the sense of acquisition of ideological and political education from the aspects of improving the sense of acquisition of ideological and political education object,method and evaluation,so as to improve the quality and level of ideological and political education.
