With the development of society,football has gradually become an indispensable sport on campus.In order to improve the competitive level of Chinese football and reserve more football elites for the state,the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education have paid more attention to the development of campus football,and issued some guidance opinions and programs.It also requires the whole country to attach importance to and promote the development of campus football and cultivate excellent football talents for the motherland.In order to promote the momentum of sustainable and healthy development of school football,we must pay attention to and strengthen the supervision and evaluation of school football.In this paper,using scientific research methods,taking many traditional schools with football characteristics in Changchun as the research object,the construction of campus football culture evaluation system is studied.The main research results are as follows:1.Definition of Campus Football Culture: Campus Football Culture is an activity with teachers and students as the main body to improve the level of school football,improve the physical and mental health of teachers and students,shape the core of the spiritual world of teachers and students,and carry out football cultural activities in accordance with the inherent rules of football.2.By consulting literature,visiting experts to establish the evaluation system of campus football culture.The indicators are divided into three levels: material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture,10 at the second level and 30 at the third level,which highlight the normative role of institutional culture,and use spiritual and cultural content to establish positioning and educational mechanism.Secondary and tertiary indicators should include key items of the main indicators as far as possible,be independent and complete,and improve the practicability of the index system.3.At present,the main problems in the construction of football culture in primary schools in Changchun are the lack of a complete cultural construction framework,insufficient attention to spiritual culture,and insufficient recognition of the incentive role of campus football in training comprehensive talents.Even with the strong support of the government,the material culture has been improved,but the construction of institutional culture has been slowly followed up,and the construction of spiritual culture has lagged behind seriously,failing to play its due role in campus football culture.
