The campus football culture is an important part of the campus culture field,which comes into being with the development of the campus football,and is a typical phenomenon of the development of the sports in the campus culture.The development of campus football culture not only enriches the campus culture,but also shows its own cultural connotation.With the campus football work entering the 2.0 era,the Nanning campus football characteristic school project is in full swing,with 20 national-level campus football characteristic schools in Guangxi alone.However,due to the lack of an effective evaluation mechanism,there are many problems in the early development of campus football.Therefore,the effectiveness of football culture construction and the construction of Evaluation Index of seven schools with football characteristics in Nanning are taken as the research object.Through the methods of literature,interview,Mathematical Statistics,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the material culture,the system culture,the behavior culture and the spiritual culture of campus football,and draws the following conclusions:1.The construction of campus football culture in Nanning middle school has achieved certain results.Material and cultural aspects: the football field,equipment,etc.can guarantee the daily use,mainly rely on the funding from higher authorities,a small number of schools have social support.High level education,overseas study visits,foreign coaches,professional female teachers,self funded further education and other good aspects are reflected in the construction of teaching staff;Spiritual and cultural education: some schools have their own school-based curriculum,such as football clubs,football culture festival,football knowledge propaganda,etc;System: most schools have established relevant management,training,competition and reward systems;Behavior: football teaching hours can guarantee the formation of the atmosphere of promoting practice,communication and learning by competition.However,from the perspective of cognitive factors,school factors,social factors and institutional factors,there are still some problems.For example,students,leaders,teachers and parents still have insufficient cognition of the value of football,the professional quality of teachers still needs to be improved,the society "pays more attention to intelligence than physical education",the football cultural atmosphere is not thick,and the lack of long-term system management needs to be solved.2.Based on the interviews with football experts and the feedback from the questionnaires,the three structures of the evaluation system for the construction of football culture in middle schools in Nanning were initially determined,which are composed of 4 first-class indicators,14second-class indicators and 46 third-class indicators,using the three screening criteria of average value,standard deviation and Coefficient of variation,2 secondary indicators and 12 tertiary indicators that did not meet the requirements were deleted step by step,the final 4 first-class indicators are football spiritual culture,football material culture,football system culture and football behavior culture The secondary indicators include 12 items,such as the development idea of the school,the football culture atmosphere of the school,the facilities of the field,the investment of funds,the condition of teachers,etc.The three-level indicators include 34 items such as school football orientation,leadership football values,coaches football values,students football values,parents football values,school football characteristics,the number of venues,and so on.3.Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient of each index in the evaluation index system of Nanning middle school campus football culture construction,so as to construct the evaluation scheme of Nanning middle school campus football culture construction.Through the empirical analysis of the two schools,the evaluation system can be used for internal self-evaluation or superior evaluation of middle school campus football culture,which has certain feasibility,operability and practical reference value.
