Study On Group Work Intervention In Community Empty Nest Elderly Mutual Assistance

This paper chooses W Banner N Community in Ordos City,Inner Mongolia,as a field survey point.54 empty nesters in this community were investigated by questionnaire,and 10 empty nesters were interviewed.In view of the practical problems in their life care and spiritual comfort,the group work has achieved certain results.The paper consists of introduction,three chapters of the body,conclusion,reference and appendix.The introduction includes the purpose and significance of the research,the general situation of the research at home and abroad,and the theoretical basis of the research methods.The first chapter focuses on the background of the establishment of W Banner N community in Ordos City,the general situation of community residents,the basic situation of empty nesters in N community and their economic income,and then analyses the basic needs of empty nesters in this community.In the second chapter,through the questionnaire survey and interviews with empty-nest elderly in N community,the author comprehensively understands the problems of empty-nest elderly in life care and spiritual comfort in N community,and analyses the causes of the problems in life care and spiritual comfort of empty-nest elderly in N community from the perspectives of individual,family and community.In the third chapter,in view of the specific problems of life care and spiritual consolation faced by empty nesters,guided by the theory of social support,four different activities,including "mutual assistance here","no worries about seeing a doctor","unlocking the shackles of the soul" and "soul friendship",were carried out.At the same time,the process,effect,evaluation and reflection of the group work are carried out.In the conclusion,on the basis of summarizing the content of the full text,the characteristics of this paper are summarized.
