The Existent State And Expected Pursuit Of "Entrepreneurship And Innovation" Education In Inner Mongolia Colleges And Universities

With the improvement of the economic level and technological creativity of countries around the world,the demand for innovative talents is increasing all over the world in today.As an important place to cultivate talents,universities should take the responsibility of cultivating innovative talents.Colleges and universities at domestic and abroad attached great importance to "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education,China's universities to increase innovation and entrepreneurship to deepen reform was in 2014 when the Premier Li Keqiang put forward appeals of the "Mass Innovation","Innovation for All" and "Grassroots Entrepreneurship".In the 2015 government work report "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" was listed as an important strategic measure for economic,educational and scientific development.In addition,as an important method to alleviate the rapid growth of college graduates,entrepreneurship can drive employment and promote the in-depth development of universities.Universities have made initial achievements after a period of exploration under this background.However,due to various factors such as the late start of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education in universities in Inner Mongolia,there are still many problems to be solved in the development process.Based on previous studies,the paper applies literature review,questionnaire survey and interview from six perspectives,including the guiding ideology organizational structure,curriculum setting,practice form,faculty,teaching evaluation and management of the "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education.The study takes undergraduates,teachers and educational administrators from five representative universities in Inner Mongolia(Inner Mongolia University,Inner Mongolia Normal University,Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology and Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities)as the objects of investigation,which analyzed and studied the existent state of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education" in undergraduate universities,and conducted exploratory research on the expected pursuit of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education" in universities in Inner Mongolia.The paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background,significance,domestic and foreign reviews,research methods and ideas.The second part is the investigation of the current situation of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education" in Inner Mongolia universities,according to the survey data is analyzed and summarized the actual situation.The third part is based on the reality of the status summary analysis of the specific reasons for its formation.The fourth part refers to the experience of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education in famous universities at domestic and abroad and put forward suggestions for the expected pursuit of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education in universities in Inner Mongolia.The development of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education needs not only the support of universities,but also the assistance from the government,society and families in Inner Mongolia.In addition,with the support of national policies and other social forces,they should work together to form synergy and actively guide college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
