A Practical Study On Group Work To Enhance The Resilience Of Guardians Of Children With Cerebral Palsy

Cerebral Palsy(CP)is a complicated disease,its therapeutic effect can not be evaluated,and its therapeutic effect is difficult to predict.If there are children with CP in the family,the family will face difficulties in mental,economic,psychological,social and other aspects,the Guardian of a child with cerebral palsy is often under great pressure.The ability to overcome setbacks and recover healthy psychology and behavior in adversity is a remarkable quality that helps individuals maintain balance and make the right choices in stressful situations,therefore,the level of resilience of guardians of children with cerebral palsy has a great impact on helping children get good care and stable family life quality.Contact and interviews were conducted with six guardians of children with Cerebral Palsy in the disabled program of the Huai'an Tongxin Social Work Service in Jiangsu province,it is manifested in such aspects as the prevalence of negative cognition,negative self-evaluation,negative emotion and lack of problem-solving ability,therefore has the enhancement support network,the change unreasonable cognition,promotes the family relations,promotes the resisting pressure ability...And so on service demand.Support Group services for six Guardians of children with cerebral palsy,based on the disability project of the concentric social work service,through group strategies such as moderating negative perceptions,expanding social networks,stress management,and improving self-efficacy,to achieve the overall level of resistance to significant increase in self-efficacy and mutual aid groups to form social circle to expand the goals,it is proved that group work can provide effective support for the Guardians of children with cerebral palsy to improve their resilience level.
