In 2001,our country began to implement the first round of basic education curriculum reform,new curriculum emphasizes students to strengthen the consciousness of scientific inquiry and innovation in practice,and points out the experiment in the teaching should be created to give priority to scientific inquiry activities,guide the students in observation experiment and discussion of learning chemistry knowledge,to improve the students' ability of scientific inquiry.In the nearly two decades since the new curriculum reform,scientific inquiry mainly based on experimental teaching has made certain achievements and experience,but there are still many problems in practice,and the overall level of students' scientific inquiry ability is still low.Therefore,how to promote the development of students' scientific inquiry ability in the teaching of chemical experiment is still one of the focuses of educational and teaching reform.This paper focuses on chemical experiment teaching research to promote the development of students' scientific inquiry ability,hoping to promote the development of experimental teaching to some extent,provide some ideas for the development and design of inquiry experiment,and realize the effective development of students' scientific inquiry ability.First of all,this article through to the trend of the development of the elementary education curriculum reform and the chemical experiment teaching present situation analysis,elaborated the topic background,research purpose and research significance,contents and methods,constructivism learning theory,the theory of "learning by doing",exploratory learning theory as the theoretical guidance,to chemical experiment teaching,the scientific inquiry ability and so on defining the concept.Secondly,through literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the status quo of chemical experiment teaching and the development of students' scientific inquiry ability in junior middle schools in counties,and finds out some problems existing in current chemical experiment teaching in junior middle schools and the bad situation of students' scientific inquiry ability development.Then,the paper introduces the promotion effects of 8 competenceelements,such as raising questions,conjecture and hypothesis,making plans,conducting experiments,collecting evidence,explaining and conclusion,reflection and evaluation,expression and communication,on the development of si ability in activities of scientific inquiry,as well as the common problems existing in these 8inquiry links in practice.Again,in combination with grade nine o 'clock in the chemical teaching material experiment arrangement,on the whole top junior high school chemistry experiment to explore the content design,and detailed analysis,excavated each experiment study of positioning and its contribution to the development of the science inquisition ability value,for the specific experiments to explore,give prominence to the training of certain process skills to provide the reference.Finally,the implementation strategy of junior middle school chemistry experiment teaching to promote the development of scientific inquiry ability is put forward.The research shows that according to the intervention of the teaching strategies proposed in this paper,the development level of students' scientific inquiry ability and the scores of chemistry examination have been improved to some extent.Highlight the characteristics of this study was,on the basis of in combination with the practical situation of students,the experiments to explore the content of the junior middle school chemistry teaching material for the overall planning,find out each to explore the orientation and to explore the value of the zetetic experiments,and explore the link is fine design,strive to every point of exploration in the experimental inquiry activity effectively,realize each link to each other,forming resultant force,promote the development of students' ability of scientific inquiry.Due to my limited research level and time,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in this study still needs to be further tested in practice,and there is still a lack of a set of quantitative scientific inquiry ability evaluation system,which still needs to be further studied.
