Teachers are one of the oldest professions in human society,and they are workers who train all kinds of high-quality or practical talents for the country and society.In terms of social development,teachers are the successors and disseminators of human cultural science knowledge.For students,teachers are the developers of their intelligence and the shapers of their personalities.The rural areas are places of human habitation.The main job is the economic foundation of agriculture.The lives of people in rural areas are basically similar,especially in places that differ from cities.In order to develop rural areas,we must start with education.Education makes people more civilized and more qualified.The most important subject in education is the teacher.Rural teachers are the key to rural education and part of the important component of national education.The quality of rural teachers is a key factor in the development of rural education.The quality of rural teachers is conducive to the modern development of rural education,and the quality of rural teachers is conducive to the sustainable development of rural education.The author studied a school in the villages of Bago,Thanapin,and Khayan in Myanmar.Using interviews and research methods,combined with literature methods,through literature review and field observations and interviews,collecting and collating research content on teacher development support in rural areas in Myanmar,understanding the relationship between teachers and government support in local conditions,and Myanmar The current situation of rural education,the status quo of rural teachers in Myanmar,the professional quality of rural teachers and the predicament of rural teachers in Myanmar.After that,we will analyze various problems and finally recommend the optimization measures.Through the research,the author finds that in the current construction of rural teachers in Myanmar,the government promotes the implementation of relevant policies,the number of teachers can be supplemented;the emphasis on teacher life guarantees,the improvement of teachers’ treatment;the strengthening of teacher exchange training,the improvement of teachers’ level;The trend of the city division going to the countryside is beginning to show.At the same time,the number of teachers in the village is still insufficient.The current situation of students affects the motivation of teachers,the teaching work environment of teachers still needs to be improved,and the loss of teachers due to the influence of multiple factors.After analysis,the causes of the predicament of the construction of rural teachers in Myanmar include the backward development of the rural areas,the narrow channels of teachers’ sources and the teachers’ own burnout.In this regard,the author believes that to promote the construction of rural teachers,it is necessary to promote the overall development of the village,optimize the working and living environment;attach importance to the training of normal students,increase the channels for teachers to supplement and increase investment in the field,and do a good job in professional training for teachers.The author hopes that this article can contribute a small amount to the construction of teachers in the rural areas of Myanmar.
