| Education is the basis of a hundred-year plan.Rural education is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,and developing rural education well is the foundation for realizing the rural revitalization strategy.The key to good rural education lies in rural teachers.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,building a high-quality modernized rural teacher team with high moral character,strong professional ability,reasonable structure and vitality is an important support to promote the revitalization of rural education.This study firstly elaborates the reasons for selecting the topic and clarifies the purpose and significance of the study.Then,the research results on rural teacher team construction are reviewed and outlined,and the concepts of "rural teachers","rural teacher team",and"rural teacher team construction" are defined in this study.The study also defines the concepts of "rural primary teachers," "rural teacher team," and "rural teacher team building.At the same time,the theoretical basis of this study is explained.In the process of investigating the current situation of rural elementary school teacher team construction,this study selected seven rural elementary school teachers in W town,Q city,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research objects of this paper,and used the literature method and survey method to investigate them.The results of the survey showed that the problem of "not being able to go down","not being able to teach" and "not being able to stay" of rural teachers has been effectively alleviated to a certain extent,and the number of teachers has increased and the overall quality of teachers has improved.The number of teachers has increased and their overall quality has improved.However,there are still some problems,specifically in four areas: low happiness index,structural imbalance,and serious attrition.Through attribution analysis,we found that the government’s imperfect governance system for education,insufficient social support for teachers,imperfect school management system,and lack of teachers’ beliefs in education are important factors.Based on this,effective countermeasures to promote the construction of rural elementary school teachers are proposed at four levels: government,society,schools,and teachers,respectively.At the government level,the effectiveness of the teaching force should be improved comprehensively,including measures to improve rural teachers’ salaries,improve the rural teachers’ establishment management system,promote the training of rural teachers in all subjects,increase male teachers’ willingness to teach,and pay attention to the career development of young teachers;at the society level,the rural cultural environment should be reconstructed precisely,including measures to improve the training system for publicly funded students and establish a teacher honor system;at the At the school level,the teacher management system should be improved,including measures to improve the rural teacher training system,create a good learning environment for rural teachers,and improve the rural teacher title evaluation system;at the teacher level,the self-professionalism should be enhanced,including measures to enhance the awareness of self-development and establish the concept of lifelong learning. |
