This article is represented by guangdong province in the eastern coastal area,starting from the view of precision for poverty alleviation,we choose one of the accurate key support for poverty alleviation village – yunxia primary school in lianjiang city yingzai town as the research object,by the survey method,interview method and literature method and so on,objectively present and analyse the situation of the teachers team construction in yunxia primary school from seven aspects of teacher’s age structure,gender structure,educational levels,disciplinary structure,training situation,working state,such as teachers’ aging,overall low quality,structural vacancy,unsound incentive mechanism,then explore the causes,finally put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the government,the school,the individual,incorporating local reality,It is earnestly hoped that teachers team construction problem in rural primary school in poor areas of developed economy like guangdong province will arouse the attention of local authorities,thoroughly win the war of education out of poverty.
