Ankle joint is an important heavy joint of human body.It is easy to sprain in daily sports and life. Moreover, functional ankle instability is very likely to occur after acute ankle sprain, which increases the risk of re-sprain.In view of this,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the literature about rehabilitation treatment of functional ankle instability, this paper explores the intervention effect of PNF training on functional ankle instability of sports students. The purpose of the first part is to compare and explore the difference between left and right lower limbs stability of healthy sports students. Methods: ten healthy male PE students were randomly selected for experimental explanation and training. The stability of lower extremities of 10 subjects was tested by the center of gravity movement trajectory tester. The indexes collected mainly included swing frequency, coordination coefficient and stability coefficient. The indexes of the left and right sides were quantified and analyzed. The results showed that the left side swing frequency was lower than the right side, the coordination coefficient was lower than the right side, and the stability coefficient was higher than that on the right side(P <0.05).Research conclusions: The left side stability of healthy sports students is higher than that of right side.In the second part, the purpose of the experiment was to investigate the lower limb stability and ankle muscle strength of functional ankle instability in sports students.Research methods: in Guangxi University physical Education College,Lijiang University physical Education Department 2017(Grade 1),Grade 2016(Grade 2),Grade 2015(Grade 3)physical education, social sports major recruited functional ankle instability volunteers, all male,Random selection of 30,experimental explanation and training. The subjects were divided into affected side and healthy side according to the left and right sides. The stability of the affected side and the healthyside of the 30 subjects were tested by the center of gravity movement trajectory tester, and the fingers were collected. The scale mainly includes swing frequency, coordination coefficient and stability factor. The ankle dorsiflexion, metatarsal flexion, varus and valgus muscle strength of the affected side and the healthy side of 30 subjects were measured by hand-held muscle strength tester. The test indexes of the affected side and the healthy side were quantified and analyzed. The results showed that the swing frequency of the affected side was higher than that of the healthy side, the coordination coefficient was greater than that of the healthy side, and the stability coefficient was lower than that of the healthy side. There were significant differences in each index data(P < 0.05).The strength of ankle extensor muscle, flexor metatarsus, varus muscle and contralateral side of ankle joint were lower than those of healthy side, and the strength of varus muscle was lower than that of healthy side. There were significant differences in the data of each index between the affected side and the contralateral side(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the balance stability and muscle strength of the functional ankle instability side of sports students are worse than that of the healthy side, and the muscle strength of the unstable side of ankle joint is weaker than that of the healthy side. The third part of the experiment is to explore the possible mechanism of PNF training on functional ankle instability in sports students. Methods: functional ankle instability volunteers were recruited from physical Education College of Guangxi University, all of whom were male.30 volunteers were randomly selected for experimental explanation and training.30 subjects were divided into experimental group and control group randomly according to the left and right sides, and single blind experiment was carried out.15 people in each group were given rehabilitation training for 8 weeks, once every other day.PNF training was performed in the experimental group and muscle balance training was used in the control group. Two groups of subjects were evaluated with CAIT before and after the experiment.Questionnaire, ankle muscle strength test, center of gravity movement track test, star migration balance test were evaluated. Results: the two training programs had significant therapeutic effect on functional ankle instability in sports students(P <0.05).The therapeutic effect of PNF training program on functional ankle instability of sports students was better than that of muscle balance training program(P < 0 05).The two training programs could improve the ankle muscle strength of the subjects, and the effect of the muscle balance training scheme was better than that of the PNF training scheme(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the ankle muscle strength of the subjects was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Both groups of training programs can improve their acceptance Lower limb stability(P < 0.05),The effect of PNF training program on improving the stability of lower limbs was better than that of muscle balance training program(P < 0 05),and PNF training program could effectively improve the lower limb dynamic balance ability of subjects(P < 0 05).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the effect of muscle balance training program on the improvement of lower limb dynamic balance ability of the subjects(P > 0.05).Conclusion: PNF training can promote the rehabilitation of functional ankle instability and enhance the muscle strength and balance ability of ankle joint in sports students.
