In the new era,innovative talents with problem solving ability and creative ability are needed.Engineering has become the trend of international basic education curriculum reform because of its educational value in design,creativity,practice and so on.The "National Biology Curriculum Standards for High Schools(2017 Edition)" promulgated in our country takes the core literacy as the purpose,pays attention to the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability,and advocates the teaching through engineering task.As an effective way of learning,model and modeling are helpful to cultivate students' biological core literacy and improve engineering design ability,which is an important part of biology curriculum content in senior high school.However,at present,in the teaching of model construction,there is a phenomenon of emphasizing the formation of concrete model results and neglecting the thinking process of construction,and the lack of teaching resources reduces.So,the validity of the model construction in the practical teaching is reduced.3D printing technology provides a new method and approach for the implementation of model construction,engineering teaching and core literacy training because of its versatility in many disciplines and the flexibility of model construction.On the basis of investigation and analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the existing biological models,based on the life concept of biological structure and function,this paper uses 3D printing technology to carry out the practical research on the construction of biophysical models,in order to cultivate students' model construction ability and scientific thinking ability,and to develop a 3D printing biophysical model suitable for biology teaching in senior high school.Through the analysis of the existing resources,it is shown that many biological models have insufficient three-dimensional sense and integrity,and the existing 3D printing biological models are mainly static models,and there are some problems such as improper structure characterization and scientific errors,which are not conducive to the cultivation of students ' ability in biology teaching,and even mislead students to form the wrong concept of life.Based on the development principles of science,similarity,simplicity,flexibility and artistry,a 3D printing bio-modeling development process including model characterization Object analysis,3D modeling scheme design,123 D design software modeling,3D print finished product and evaluation modification is developed.For four different physical model types of microstructure amplification class,biochemical combination class,Shape substitution class and mathematical thinking figurative class,five 3D printing biophysical model resources were developed and constructed: protein structure model,eukaryotic cell structure model,biofilm flow mosaic model,DNA structure model and meiosis process model.On the basis of these models,the 3D models such as mitosis and meiosis synthesis model,DNA replication model and gene guidance protein synthesis model are further developed.At the same time,the construction method and application method of each 3D model are expounded,and the teaching suggestions are put forward.In this study,3D printing technology was developed by using high school biophysical model,which not only enriched the biophysical model resources,but also provided teaching reference for carrying out model and model construction teaching and promoting students ' innovative thinking and engineering design ability.
