For a long time,classroom teaching has been regarded as the main position of education and teaching,and it is the focus of teaching reform.The current education policy and related practice exploration are very concerned about the development of students' personality.At the same time,the “every student-centered ” teaching focusing on the development of students' personality has attracted the attention of researchers.Through the analysis of the relevant research content of this “every student-centered ” teaching,there are still some deficiencies in the research from the “every student-centered ” teaching and the development of students' personality.Therefore,this study is based on the“every student-centered ” teaching dilemma explored by existing research and adopts the action research method.The observation method,the interview method and the measurement research method carry out the action research of the “every student-centered ” teaching in the high school political teaching,aiming at analyzing the achievement of the learning objectives from the “every student-centered ” teaching and promoting the development of the students' personality.This study can not only promote the enrichment and development of high school political teaching theory and curriculum theory,but also provide clearer and clearer practical guidance for high school political teachers to carry out “every student-centered ” teaching.It is divided into four parts: the introduction mainly introduces the background and research significance of the topic,the research status and review,research content and methods at home and abroad.The first part introduces the relevant overview from the “every student-centered ” teaching,including the basic connotation and theoretical basis of this class,teaching steps and teaching characteristics,the theoretical foundation for the development of research;the second part introduce from the development of education and curriculum reform policy,the nature of high school political courses,teachers and students development in the high school political class from the “every student-centered ” The importance of teaching;the third part is about the high school politics from the“every student-centered ” teaching action research process;the fourth part is based on the action research,summarizing the effectiveness of the “every student-centered ” teaching action research and making recommendations.Through action research,it is found that the “every student-centered ” teaching can not only promote the achievement of learning objectives,but also promote the development of students' personality.Therefore,the combination of “every student-centered ” teaching and high school political classroom teaching is effective.
