Starting from the current kindergarten teacher training policy in China,this paper takes Luanping County in Hebei Province as an example to analyze the promulgation and evolution of the current national policy and the implementation of kindergarten teacher training in Luanping County.This research mainly uses the questionnaire method and the interview method,aims at Luanping County kindergarten teacher training system establishment,the consummation,as well as the training implementation situation investigation and analysis since 2010.The study finds that in recent years,with the continuous improvement of the kindergarten teacher training system in China,great achievements have been made.The increase in the number of trained teachers,the improvement of teachers' quality and the rationalization of training policies reflect the effectiveness of training.Through questionnaires,interviews and analysis of the actual situation,we find that there are still many problems to be solved urgently in reality,such as the lack of training funds,the main problems are the single source of training funds,low costs and poor execution;there is no purpose and pertinence in training,it seems that teachers do participate in accordance with the regulations.But in practice,these training did not have an impact on the teaching work after teachers;and the training evaluation system is not perfect,leading to the training units do not reflect on the process and difficult to improve training methods,the status of teacher training in private kindergartens is not equal to that in public kindergartens,these problems will have an impact on the training of kindergarten teachers.Only by finding a feasible way to properly deal with these problems,China's kindergarten teacher training program can be better developed.Based on interviews and survey results,the article concludes with some specific suggestions,such as increasing investment in training funds,according to the principle of "high-level government assumes greater financial responsibility",municipal and even provincial governments take the initiative to pay for teacher training funds,and increase education funds in Luanping County.Strengthen the training objectives of kindergarten teachers,trace back to the source,and carry out targeted training according to the differences in learning methods,learning objectives,ability to understand problems,ability to accept,and even learning concepts without teachers;improve the training evaluation system,design a standardized evaluation criteria,and release them After the teacher training into the assessment,a comprehensive and rigorous test of each trainee's training results.through the goverment to invest funds in private parks,provde training opportunities,private parks and pubilc parks to establish a friendship mechanism and other ways to maintain the private park teachers and public park teachers training equal status.
