This paper takes the resource allocation for preschool education of professional teachers and the learning input of college students in this major in Hebei Province as the research object.It aims to take the educational and management theories such as the concept of "student-centered",self-determination theory and human resource allocation theory as the research perspective.It comprehensively uses a variety of information processing and analysis technologies,and adopts literature researches,questionnaire surveys and other methods in order to explore and analyze the learning situation of students in preschool education in Hebei Province.This paper has a comparative study on the relationship between the input of student learning and the strength of the three dimensions of the number of professional teacher resources in preschool education,the quality of teachers and the structure of teachers in Hebei province,and makes a horizontal comparison,in order to provide new ideas for the practice of professional construction in colleges and universities in Hebei province.This paper mainly focuses on the following three aspects:First,based on the characteristics of higher education in Hebei province,based on the relevance of researches at home and abroad,this paper optimizes the questionnaire about the input of learning,which consists of six parts after optimization.Through the verification and comparison of empirical data,this questionnaire meets the standard of reliability and validity.Second,based on the official data of the national data platform,this paper is in the progress of analysis and sorting out the arrangement resource situation of the professional teachers of preschool education in Hebei province.At the same time,it carries out a questionnaire survey on the learning input of the students that are expected to graduate in2020 of preschool education in Hebei Province,in order to collect the learning input data ofundergraduates,and makes data comparison and relevance between the research on the two databases.Third,the classification is according to the level of colleges and universities where all of the preschool education majors located in Hebei province.This paper analyzes the relevance between the arrangement resources of teachers and the learning input of Undergraduates in different types of preschool education in colleges and universities.Based on the above three aspects,this paper mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the further improving the quality of professional construction in Hebei province.The first step of that is to strengthen the construction of colleges and universities teachers;the second step of that is to build an assurance system of building a unified and efficient teaching quality;the third step of that is to promote the transformation of student learning paradigm.
