Higher Education plays a key role in the improvement of personal abilities and skills,which is a strong driving force for national and social progress.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of domestic productivity,China's higher education level has also been continuously promoted and has become more and more popular.People are much more eager to accept higher education.However,there is an imbalance in the overall layout of education resources in China.Opportunities of higher education in different provinces and areas are still unequal,which has been one of the social focuses.In the perspective of equality of higher educational entrance,based on the theory of modern education equality,and through the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,and empirical research,this paper studied the three dimensions of fairness as well as their development history,which involved in the systems of planning,entrance examination,and admission of China's higher education.After an in-depth study of problems above and influencing factors,this paper explored the new ideas,methods,and countermeasures to solve those problems on the basis of the experience of developed countries,the progresses of modern information technology,such as Internet,artificial intelligence,and big data technology.Research work of this paper provided new references for the related research and practice guidance in this field.The introduction part mainly deals with the relevant literatures about the equality of admission opportunities of education.The main body of the paper consists of three parts.The first part defines the relevant concepts of education fairness,which alsodiscusses the differences between basic education equity and higher education equity.While basic education pursues "equality",higher education gives consideration to both "fairness" and "efficiency",which lay a conceptual foundation for future research.In addition,the necessity of research and relevant theoretical basis are also described.The second part mainly analyze the fairness of higher education admission opportunity,simple carding the history of domestic higher education entrance opportunity fairness,which leads to the three factors influencing our higher education entrance opportunity: fair,plans,justice and fair admissions tests.The third part discusses the factors that affect the entrance opportunities of higher education in China.On the basis of current situation analysis and foreign experience,corresponding policy Suggestions are put forward to guarantee the fairness,systematicness and scientificity of China's examination enrollment system.
