As a diversified form of employment,labor dispatching has taken an important responsibility in the history of China's personnel system reform.Under this background,the development of labor dispatching in higher vocational colleges in Shanghai has continued to expand,and the scale has been continuously expanded.After the implementation of the Labor Contract Law in 2008,it has been widely accepted and used,and has been widely used by teachers,counselors,and administrative posts.A large number of labor dispatch employees are employed on the job.The research background of this thesis is that vocational colleges use the labor dispatch staff extensively in the school professional and technical posts and administrative positions,as well as the research convenience brought by individuals living in higher vocational colleges.Then,the teaching staff(mainly professional and technical personnel and management personnel)in the form of labor dispatching in higher vocational colleges are at the core of material remuneration,personal development,and psychological perception in the work,and dispatched employees in the vocational labor institutions.Satisfaction analysis.The literature research method was used to review domestic and foreign research literatures,summarize previous theoretical researches and achievements,and found that there was not much research on the degree of labor dispatch in universities.This paper hopes to make someachievements in this respect.The main research methods of the paper are questionnaire survey and interview.The questionnaire survey method was adopted to investigate and study the 120 labor dispatch personnel in 10 vocational colleges in Shanghai,and to analyze the job satisfaction of the current dispatch employees in vocational colleges in Shanghai.At present,the same pay for equal work in Shanghai vocational colleges has not been truly implemented,and the satisfaction rate of employees for labor dispatched employees is not high;the space for promotion of dispatch staff in Shanghai vocational colleges has been hindered,and their personal development satisfaction is not high;labor dispatch employees The psychological feelings are still poor.Using the interview method to address the low satisfaction of labor dispatch employees in Shanghai's higher vocational colleges,we explored the reasons for employee satisfaction.Judging from the institutional factors,the absence of legal regulation and supervision measures,and the unclear stipulations on the “ three sexes”,equal pay for equal work,and labor dispatching units lead to the abuse of labor dispatch staff.From the perspective of management factors,the main influencing factors are the dual-track system for the dispatch of labor dispatched employees,labor dispatching is not standardized,and the organization neglects dispatched employees.From the point of view of personnel dispatched by labor service personnel,there is a lack of understanding of labor dispatching and a relatively low self-identity.Individual settlement needs have affected the satisfaction of labor dispatch employees.Based on the in-depth exploration of the influencing factors that affect the satisfaction degree of labor dispatch staff in higher vocational colleges,this paper attempts to raise the degree of satisfaction with labor dispatching and proposes three aspects: system level,management level,and individual level of labor dispatching staff.At the institutional level,it is proposed to further improve the laws and regulations of the labor dispatch system and establish a normal supervision mechanism.At the management level,it is recommended to establish a scientific and standardized management model.For example,vocational colleges and labor dispatchcompanies can effectively achieve joint management and employment.Units and sending units actively assume responsibility for performing tasks.Higher vocational colleges combine the actual realization of the labor dispatching labor standardization,and establish a management model for the purpose of employee development,such as improving the management system of the labor dispatching workforce,establishing and maintaining a stable mentality.Contractual relationship;At the individual level,it is recommended that labor dispatch employees fully understand the labor dispatch system and enhance identity,and make self career planning.
