Social Factors Affecting The Development Of Private Higher Vocational Education In Shaanxi Province

With the rapid development of market economy and private higher occupation education theory deepening,China's private higher education occupation has completed the "bold development mode" to "transforming the connotative development model",and has made considerable progress,made great contribution for the development of China's economy and society the popularization of higher education.However,the development of private higher occupation education lags far behind the pace of economic and social development demand for high skilled talents,higher occupation education in our country still exist contradictions,and social development does not adapt for the unfairness of education makes private higher occupation college students cannot be guaranteed,unable to recruit to a relatively high quality students;problems of private higher education development in occupation;construction of teachers;enterprises and private higher institutions and so on occupation.These social factors obstructing the development of private higher occupation education in our country,the influence of the sustainable development of private higher education in the way of occupation.In this situation,the author through the consult massive literature on the problems in the development of private higher education occupation,analyses the status quo of the development of higher vocational colleges,the current development situation of private higher education in China's occupation of Shaanxi private higher education and the occupation as a starting point,to find out the social factors which restricting the development of private higher occupation education in our country,using case analysis method,statistical analysis method,literature analysis and other tools,from government policy formulation,social recognition,private college teachers,cooperation and other aspects of improving the private higher occupation education in our country and advice.Only coordinate the relationship between government,universities,enterprises,civil society and other aspects,for the establishment of human resources and adapt to the rapid development of social economy in order to play a positive role.
