In the modern business world,the number of female leaders in the business sector has gradually increased.They have made outstanding achievements in the industry,especially in economic construction.The position of female leadership has improved significantly.Women have a strong affinity,and can flexibly handle the relationship with each member,adjust the atmosphere of the team,mobilize everyone's enthusiasm,and enhance the cohesion of the team,which is crucial for improving the work efficiency and effectiveness of the team.More and more women have entered the management and they have decision-making power.Women need to break through themselves and have greater opportunities for career development.Female leadership has become our research subject.However,due to the lack of research on the topic of female leadership in domestic and foreign academic circles,the attention on "female leadership" has been gradually increased in recent years,and the research is not deep enough or systematic enough.The research in this paper can not only enrich the theoretical achievements of the research on female leadership in state-owned enterprises,but also deepen the understanding and grasp of the connotation of female leadership,so that people pay more attention to female leadership.This paper conducts a qualitative research on female leadership in “A” state-owned enterprise in Shanghai.Firstly,the author summarized the thoughts and theories of women's leadership,introduced and commented representative researches,established the understanding of women's leadership,and focused on the McKinsey model of women's leadership,laying a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the case study and the research design,the development of A state-owned enterprises in Shanghai and women leading personnel situation,after A brief overview of related literature review,especially the McKinsey women leadership model,in combination with the practical situation of the current working women leaders in the enterprise builds A female leadership model of innovation,and based on the idea of grounded theory,through the enterprise women leadership qualitative data investigation and analysis,in-depth interviews,to extract the main factors of female leadership model built by,These five core categories include caring about production,caring about people,image building,gender characteristics and gender role cognition.These five core categories can reflect the characteristics of female leadership in state-owned enterprises,provide useful reference for human resource management in Chinese enterprises,and provide theoretical basis for enterprises to select and train highly skilled talents.
