In recent years,the new occupation of old-age nursing staff has grown into the public view with the development of the pension industry.But the occupation group has been disturbed by many stress factors,such as over workload,small circle of interpersonal relationships,difficultly in balancing family work,so they are vulnerable to high incidence of work stress.Work stress will cause physical and mental problems among the old-age nursing staff.In the long run,it not only causes serious injury to the nursing staff,but also increases the turnover rate of nursing staff.It also brings physical and psychological harm to the elderly in the institution,which is not conducive to the development of the old-age welfare service.This study investigated the work stress of old-age nursing staff,and uses the group work method to intervene in the work stress of old-age nursing staff,hoping to achieve the goal of alleviating the work stress of old-age nursing staff.The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background,purpose and significance of the work stress problem of old-age nursing staff,the past research achievements in the field,the research methods and possible innovations.The second part is the definition of the core concept of the research,and the basis of applying the theory.The third part investigation the work stress of old-age nursing staff in L elderly apartment,covering the stress degree,influencing factors and causes.The fourth part is the process of group work involved in the work stress of old-age nursing staff.It mainly elaborates the design work before the group intervention,and the group intervenes in the specific process.The fifth part is the evaluation of the group work.It mainly describes the evaluation on the group members,social workers,and the intervention effect.The sixth part is the conclusions and recommendations.It mainly elaborates the experiences and suggestions of the group work involved in the work stress of old-age nursing staff.Through the intervention work on the work stress problem of old-age nursing staff,we summarizes three conclusions.The work stress problem of old-age nursing staff has a significant correlation with a variety of work stress sources.Group work intervention helps to improve work stress of old-age nursing staff.Intervention work should focus on individuals and their social support.It also puts forward three suggestions,including paying attention to the professional training of nursing staff,promoting the humane management of nursing staff in the nursing apartment,and promoting the correct cognition of the nursing staff in the society.It is hoped that this study will provide innovative ideas and practical experience for intervention research on work stress,and also broaden the work field of social work in the pension industry.
