Research Of Risk And Avoidance Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational School Students' Internship

As in this paper explained,the internships is an important part of Vocational education,an important test of school professional teaching,and an important content of "school-enterprise cooperation" in Vocational education.Secondary vocational students in this stage of learning process will face a variety of internship risks,these internship risks will cause students and their families and even schools and internship enterprises economic,reputation and other losses,if not handled properly or can not effectively avoid,it is easy to cause the loss of secondary vocational.To take L school in Guizhou for an example.The paper mainly adopts literature review,interviews,text analysis,case study,contrast method and so on.Through interviewing and understanding the current situation of internship,the main types of risk are summarized.After analyzing some typical cases in the process of internship,combining with the current situation of the school's management of internship risk,the causes of internship risk are analyzed,and finally effective and feasible countermeasures to avoid internship risk are put forward suggestions.It would be to avoid the occurrence of internship risk to the greatest extent and effectively guarantee the successful completion of secondary vocational school students' studies,the problems and incidents of internship risk in each batch of interns are summarized in a timely manner.
