The preschool teacher in the ranks of teachers is an important part of their work environment, education object, the content of education and training objectives and many aspects of primary and secondary school teachers are great differences. In recent years, along with to the preschool teacher this special groups'attention, the preschool teacher's occupational stress also gradually aroused people's interest. Business of the kindergarten and nursery teacher be the degree of occupational, but voluntary the nursery teacher for the relatively short of stability and liquidity large and low for special treatment, they face the stress is even more severe.This research collects the domestic and foreign related literature, composes the literature summary from the teacher occupational stress and the preschool teacher occupational stress two aspects. Because the author failed to find a copy of the application of science and technology, the relatively high questionnaire, therefore from arranges " Private Kindergarten Teachers Pressure Questionnaire", this questionnaire are divided into two parts, the first part for teacher basic information investigation, the second part for teacher occupational stress experience. This part from the wages and welfare treatment and the social position, the kindergarten work atmosphere and the interpersonal relationship, individual ability with the self-expectation, the baby factor, the guardian factor, the working load, the family supports and affects seven dimensions to design the topic. Using the application documents, the questionnaire survey procedure, the interviews, pertinently choose the Xi'an 12 different ranks, the different scale private kindergarten altogether 160 preschool teachers to carry out this questionnaire survey, the another choice disparity in age, the different teaching senority,and qualifications of kindergarten teachers to carry out in-depth interviews with a seven, the quantity and quality analysis? this research draws the following conclusion:1. the Xi'an Private Kindergarten teachers are withstanding the serious occupational stress; 2. the Xi'an Private Kindergarten teachers lack alleviates the occupational stress effectively the measure; 3. own condition different Xi'an Private Kindergarten teachers withstand the occupational stress's degree is different; 4. the occupational stress's degree which locates the private kindergarten environment different Xi'an Private Kindergarten teachers to withstand are different; 5. affects the Xi'an Private Kindergarten teachers occupational stress the factor mainly to come from social, the kindergarten and the teacher individual three big aspects.According to the findings, from the society, the kindergarten, teacher individual three angles proposed that alleviates the Xi'an Private Kindergarten teachers occupational stress the countermeasure with to suggest:First, the society to the private kindergarten teachers'support and the safeguard angle, from determination private kindergarten's educational and the public welfare, guaranteed that the private kindergarten teachers'treatment and the social position, as well as the society, the family share the corresponding education responsibility; Next, the private kindergarten strengthen to teachers'humanities management angle from establish the security for the private kindergarten teachers the working conditions, the utilization incentive mechanism, conversation, consultation projects and so on establish the good kindergarten organization culture as well as provides; Finally, the promotion private kindergarten teachers'psychologically healthy horizontal angle from forms the appropriate self-cognition and the academic society correct psychology adjustment.
