The tourism education of secondary vocational schools undertakes the task of cultivating and transporting tour guide talents for tourism enterprises and institutions.The main employment positions of tour guide students are in the front line of tourism services.The level of professional quality directly affects the service quality of tourists and institutions,and tourists The trust of tour guides and tour guides and the relationship between visitors and guides.Therefore,how to cultivate the professional quality of tour guide students is an important topic in the tourism teaching of secondary vocational schools.In order to find an effective implementation path for the professional quality of tour guide students,the author used interview method and questionnaire survey method to explore from the following aspects.First of all,to understand the development process and implementation status of professional quality education at home and abroad.The current research on professional literacy education lacks the research on the professional literacy training of a certain professional,and the angle is not novel.This paper wants to reflect on the problems and dilemmas of the professional professional literacy training of the current tour guides from the perspective of the travel agency's evaluation of excellent guides,with a view to discovering The effective implementation path of the professional quality of tour guides.Secondly,explore the connotation of professionalism of tour guide students.By visiting the travel agency's high-level evaluation of the tour guide,combined with the tourism administrative department's normative documents,the travel agency's selection of excellent tour guide documents,and finishing the professional literacy of the tour guide students,theconnotation of the professional quality of the tour guide students mainly includes the empathy awareness of safeguarding the tourists' rights and interests.The tangible guide practice image,tour guide craftsmanship,and personalized service skills provide a theoretical basis for designing questionnaires.Once again,understand the status quo of vocational literacy training for secondary vocational tour students.Using questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,this paper analyzes the status quo of vocational literacy training for vocational guidance students.Furthermore,it finds and analyzes the problems existing in the professional quality training of secondary vocational guide students.The shortcomings of professional literacy training provide a realistic basis for the conception of vocational literacy training programs for secondary school students.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned realistic basis,focus on the construction of professional quality training programs.As far as the cultivation plan is concerned,it includes five major contents: “three classrooms” tour guide professional literacy development model,professional literacy teacher team,professional curriculum,moral education curriculum,and tour guide professional literacy special campus activities.
