With the continuous expansion of China's opening-up pattern and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,domestic tourism,as a sunrise industry,has maintained steady and rapid development and the demand for tourism talents is increasing day by day.As the cradle of application-oriented tourism talents training,tourism major in secondary vocational schools is striving to explore teaching reform,improve teaching effect,train high-quality tourism talents and fill in market vacancies.This article aims at the trend of vocational education teaching reform and the requirements of tourism professional personnel training,and discusses the practical application of real-life teaching in tourism specialty in combination with its own characteristics.The development trend of national talent cultivation and social work positions require that secondary vocational schools must cultivate professional and technical talents who love their own jobs,have good physical and mental quality,and have all-round and excellent skills.At present,the level of vocational education in our country is still at the stage of exploration and development,and theoretical teaching similar to cultural education is still adopted in the mode of education and teaching.In order to effectively improve the level of secondary vocational education,under the background of the school-enterprise cooperation mode,many colleges and universities use Germany's dual-system teaching and "teaching factory" mode to vigorously implement real-life teaching,broaden students' vision level,improve students' comprehensive quality,and embody the prominent characteristics of vocational education such as sociality,flexibility,complexity and practicality.Driven by the tide of the times,the real-life teaching mode has also ushered in the renewal and development.Relying on the continuous development of network communication technology,the real working scene of the industry is projected to the classroom,where students can watch the whole process of on-site operation of industry personnel,thus increasing the opportunities for students to have close contact with the industry,broadening students' cognition of the industry,forming students' professional perception,accumulating more working experience,improving students' personal quality,etc.Breaking the shackles of traditional real-life teaching space,highlighting students' teaching center,and continuously improving students' classroom participation and knowledge absorption.Taking the students and teachers in secondary vocational schools as the objects,this paper makes a questionnaire survey and interview on the teaching situation of "Simulated Tour Guide",and on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current teaching situation.We will carefully analyze and design the real-life teaching courses,carefully demonstrate the feasibility of the Internet real-life teaching mode,and implement the real-life teaching with the teaching content of the tour guide explaining skills in chapter 7,section 4 of the "simulated tour guide" for tourism major.Through summarizing,analyzing and reflecting after class,we can further improve the internet real-life teaching order and teaching implementation details and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the promotion of internet real-life teaching mode.The research on the Internet real-life teaching mode is an inevitable requirement for the development of the information age.At present,there is a shortage of talents in the tourism industry,and teaching reform is imminent.Only by following closely the teaching concept of "internet and education",breaking the restriction of traditional teaching mode,taking practical work as the only standard to test teaching,tightly focusing on the talent employment vocational education center,vigorously implementing the Internet real-life teaching reform,and promoting the continuous development of vocational education.
