The secondary vocational school is a place for cultivating skilled talents for society and is directly-oriented.The internship in the secondary vocational school is a necessary way for students to get close to the job.Students,as one of the main bodies of internships,are exposed to the work content during the internship internships,and their work skills have been continuously improved.This has shortened the training time for future employment in the industry,and internships play an important role.The satisfaction of top-training intern students affects whether students will continue to work in the industry in the future.The development of the tourism industry in recent years has shown a scene of prosperity.New tourism format have continued to appear and the demand and requirements for talents have continued to increase.Employees with job requirements can minimize training time and reduce the cost of training.Therefore,it is urgently needed to understand the satisfaction level of post-training students and propose practical improvement strategies.This article takes the guide service specialty of secondary vocational schools as an example and studies the satisfaction of top-training internship students in the guide service specialty of secondary vocational schools by reading a large amount of literature and querying information and combining the factors mentioned above that affect students' satisfaction.This article is based on the theory of expectations,Mas low's hierarchy of needs theory,fairness theory,and customer satisfaction index model.The levels of student internship(student,school,business,and society)are used in the three stages before,during,and after the internship.Based on the factors that affect student satisfaction,build a "three-stage,four-level" model of influencing student satisfaction factors in the internship internships ofprofessional guide service in secondary vocational schools,and systematically list the factors that affect student satisfaction at each stage.An empirical study was conducted with two schools in Jinan Tourism School and Shandong Weifang Business School.Based on the "three-stage,four-level" model,a questionnaire and semi-structured interview outline were designed,and questionnaires were issued to students from two secondary vocational schools and compared with Ten students conducted interviews to thoroughly understand the factors that affect the satisfaction of top-training intern students,and used factor analysis method to analyze the data collected by the questionnaire with the help of Spss 21.0 tools and questionnaire stars,and conducted reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire,KMO,and Bart.Spherical test,factor analysis,etc.Corresponding improvement strategies.The summary concludes that the factors affecting the satisfaction of top-training internship students come from four levels: students,schools,companies,and countries.Students' self-cognition is biased and their psychological endurance is low.Students need to be guided to establish a correct view of the internship,develop a sense of professional ethics,and formulate career goals and plans.There are insufficient courses in the school and there is little communication with students on internship matters.Be cautious.Select internship units to reasonably protect the rights and interests of students and improve the curriculum;corporate personnel training awareness is not strong,and job arrangements and internship benefits need to be improved.It is necessary to establish a sense of responsibility and attach importance to internships;the country's relevant internship system lacks enforcement guarantees and supervision.Strengthen supervision and implementation,Keep up with the development of the times,and provide post-training methods that meet the requirements of the times.This research covers the whole subject and the whole stage of internship as far as possible in terms of research content and chooses the angle of student satisfaction in terms of research angle.The satisfaction of top-training internship students isrelated to professional development and subsequent employment.Both quantitative and qualitative research methods have tried to make breakthroughs and innovations in terms of research angles,research content and research methods,to jointly change the status of top-post internships,build a harmonious internship ecosystem,and improve student satisfaction.
