Guangdong E Training Institute Development Strategy Research

After 30 years of high-speed growth,private enterprises have become the most dynamic economic groups in Guangdong province,they are important force in promoting economic growth and employment.At present,in the international financial crisis,the economic structure adjustment and economic cycle driven by three factors,private enterprises in Guangdong province come into a period of comprehensive transformation and upgrading.Private entrepreneurs are the founder of the enterprise,they are one of the most valuable wealth of Guangdong,their quality determines the image of enterprise and development level,only to improve the quality of entrepreneurs,companies can be more competitive,and Guangdong's economy have a good future.Guangdong E Training Institute is founded by Guangdong government and South China University of Technology in July 2013.It is the first training institute focused on promoting quality of private entrepreneurs,which is a very important grasp on the Guangdong private entrepreneurs training work.Private enterprises in Guangdong province has achieved rapid development over the past30 years,while there is no denying that many private enterprises in Guangdong face with the growth of the dilemma,the majority of private entrepreneurs in Guangdong can only do "good",there is a certain distance away from the "excellence",the established purpose of Guangdong E Training Institute is to solve this problem.As a new born thing,it is very important to make a clear top level design of Guangdong E Training Institute.In this paper,based on the difficulties of Guangdong private enterprises confronted with,and the study needs of Guangdong private entrepreneurs',though analysis of external and internal environment of Guangdong E Training Institute,clearly positioning its development ideas,design targeted training subject system for private enterprises,set up training network system covering the entire province private entrepreneurs,innovative training methods and means,and by building training community and communication platform,in order to build the brand of private enterprises training,promote the economic role of Cantonese Merchants in China.
