Students are the main body of study.Satisfaction is an important evaluation index of PE teaching quality in colleges and universities.Study the student satisfaction,understand the attitudes and tendencies of students in PE and reflect the status quo of PE in colleges and universities,in order to improve the teaching quality and the level of running a school of PE of colleges and universities.As the state put forward Opinions on Strengthening PE in Schools to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Physical and Mental Health of Students,colleges and universities continue to strengthen the teaching reform of PE.At the same time,there are still some problems,such as,poor stadium environment for PE,single teaching mode in PE,low interest of students in PE and non-uniform selection and distribution of PE.In order to improve the student satisfaction in PE in colleges and universities in Hubei,this thesis analyzes the key factors that affect the student satisfaction in PE by investigating the student satisfaction and establishes the model of satisfaction in PE of students in colleges and universities in Hubei to understand the core problems affecting the student satisfaction,and thus putting forward measures to effectively improve the status quo of PE.This thesis researches the satisfaction of the freshmen and sophomores in Hubei with customer satisfaction theory and in literature material method,expert inquiry,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The thesis consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose and significance,the domestic and overseas research status about PE and student satisfaction,research objects,research methods,research contents and draws the technology roadmap.The second part is the theoretical basis of the student satisfaction in the PE in colleges and universities in Hubei,including the modes and characteristics of PE in colleges and universities,the overview of the student satisfaction,which lays a theoretical foundation for scale design and empirical research.The third part is the empirical analysis of the student satisfaction in PE in colleges and universities in Hubei,including design,distribution,collection,collation and analysis of the initial questionnaires and the formal questionnaires.Descriptive statistics,sample reliability and validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis and independent sample T test are used to determine the four dimensions that affect student satisfaction: teaching management,teaching process,teachers and students.Amos21.0 is used to construct and optimize student satisfaction model of PE in colleges and universities in Hubei.The fourth part analyzes the influential factors of student satisfaction in PE in colleges and universities in Hubei,and clarifies the optimization direction.It calculates the weights and satisfaction values of 4 dimensions and draws the satisfaction-importance graph.According to the graph and the statistical results of the multiple choice questions in the questionnaires,the optimization strategies of the student satisfaction in PE in colleges and universities in Hubei are put forward.The fifth part is the research conclusion and the prospect.Based on the four dimensions of teaching management,teaching process,teachers and students,the model is constructed and the satisfaction-importance graph is drawn,and the improvement strategies of PE are put forward: equalization and differentiation strategy for patch area;the strategy of optimizing training objectives and perfecting teaching environment for maintaining area and the strategy of innovating teaching methods for advantage area.
