Research of teachers' behavior in classroom teaching has always been the focus of scholars at home and abroad.With the deepening of the research and the implementation of the new standards of curriculum reform in various places,the voice of classroom teaching reform is increasingly loud.The reform guided by“Collaborative Learning”theroy of Manabu Sato has a great influence on teacher's brhavior in classroom.Based on the actual situation of current classroom teaching and students' learning,collaborative learning is a new teaching model combined with the traditional classroom teaching and its own new teaching advantages.Through field investigation,teacher interview and other research methods,this paper describes the current situation of classroom teaching of Collaborative learning at primary schools in detail.Finding and summarizing the problems existing in the process of teaching and school problems,this paper then carries out an attribution analysis to propose some suggestions to improve teaching.The full text is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1:This paper introduces the background of the research,the definition of collaborative learning,the development of related theories and practice,and the collection of the current situation of classroom teaching,establishing ideas and methods of research on the basis of previous studies.Chapter 2:This paper elaborates in detail the theoretical sources of "collaborative learning" from Manabu Sato,defining the four main characteristics of classroom applying collaborative learning and summarizing the requirements for teachers at classrooms applying collaborative learning to provides theoretical reference for the next research.Chapter 3:Through the analysis on the current situation of two schools implementing cooperative learning in Taixing,this paper collects and sums up the problems in the teaching process to put forward the problems of teachers and schools.Chapter 4:Based on the investigation of the current situation and the existing problems above,this paper carries out an attribution analysis on both teachers and schools.On the one hand,neither teacher-student and student-student relationshipshave been equal.And the utilitarian competition among teacher has led to the unwillingness to carry out collaborative learning.On the other hand,there exist an incomplete teaching and the lack of incentive in performance appraisal system at schools.Chapter 5:Through the analysis of the problems and current situation in Chapter3 and 4,this paper puts forward strategies for teachers to improve the teaching of Collaborative Learning : Strengthen children's research,respect children's perspectives;enhance the willingness to change,promote the advancement of“Collabroative Learning”;change the teacher's concept and build a democratic classroom;optimize performance assessment and promote the motility of teaching.
