Teacher education is the mother of education and the source of power to improve the quality of education.In the Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on the Comprehensive Deepening of the Reform of Teachers' Team Construction in the New Era(No.4,2018),it is emphasized that teachers should actively adapt themselves to the new technological changes such as information technology and artificial intelligence,and actively and effectively carry out education and teaching.As an important part of teacher education,the improvement of students' information literacy and comprehensive quality is particularly important for the training of prospective PE teachers in the future.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the service training and post-service professional development of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools by summarizing and analyzing the practical experience of the construction and implementation of the national-level excellent resource-sharing curriculum of PE Teaching Design for Primary and Secondary Schools.By using the methods of documentation,classroom observation,interview and questionnaire,this paper sorts out and summarizes the theoretical basis,curriculum content,curriculum resources,interactive platform and curriculum team of curriculum construction,and analyses the degree of achieving curriculum objectives and students 'satisfaction and sense of acquisition in the implementation of curriculum hybrid teaching,with a view to summing up the experience of curriculum construction and implementation.And the shortcomings,for the sustainable development of the curriculum and the improvement of learning quality of learners put forward optimization strategies.Based on the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The content of curriculum construction is perfect,and the curriculum content system of "vertical and horizontal coordination" has been constructed;the curriculum core resources are abundant,large quantity,high quality,and expanded resources are further strengthened;the curriculum teaching team with reasonable structure is basically formed in terms of age,title,educational background and personnel.2.The deep integration of curriculum teaching and information technology needs to be improved,lacking of effective information technology means to monitor and feedback the implementation of teaching;online synchronic interaction is not strong,lack of in-depth communication;curriculum propaganda and promotion are not in place,precise push is not in place,resource sharing and application,communication radiation range is limited.3.The overall achievement of curriculum objectives is relatively high,and each sub-goal achieves the expected value(0.7);curriculum objectives can play a better supporting role in the four aspects of "knowledge integration,teaching ability,technology integration,communication and cooperation" of graduation requirements,especially in the dimension of "teaching ability" and "technology integration".4.Mixed teaching can promote students' general abilities such as autonomous learning,communication and self-expression,but its contribution to professional quality is limited;from the perspective of knowledge type,mixed teaching can enhance the learning effect of practical courses more,but has less effect on theoretical courses;students' overall sense of acquisition and satisfaction in curriculum learning is higher,and a few of them are not suitable and individual.Inertia contradicts psychology.
