The Ministry of Education had listed “the construction and sharing of national high-quality open courses” as a key project in the period of “Twelfth Five-year Plan”. As the top-layer design in the national high-quality open courses, its focus in 2011 is on the construction of open video courses; The focus in 2012 is to transform and upgrade the high-quality courses to resource sharing lessons, and it has begun to form a multi-level system of the country, provinces and schools; In 2013, it also performed the second step of integrated innovation of resource sharing courses and put forward five grand promotion plans for the university resource sharing courses from transformation and upgrading, sharing and application, system environment and policy support and other aspects in order to promote the combination of high-quality resource sharing courses and school courses. Thus, it becomes a trend to design blended learning in the traditional teaching based on high-quality resource sharing courses. However, in this process, many unfavorable factors may affect the performance of the students in blended learning, so we should take scientific research methods to make in-depth study on the influence factors of the learning performance in high-quality resource sharing courses.Based on the analysis of learning performance influence factors home and abroad, this paper designed a multi-dimensional, multi-level blended learning performance influence factors questionnaire and collected data through surveying the science and engineering students in Hunan University. We obtained information about the science and engineering students via questionnaires and used the method of factor analysis of SPSS to mine educational data. Furthermore, we abandoned secondary factor, highlighted main factors and made the cluster analysis as well as dimensi onality reduction on the multidimensional variables, thereby gaining a 6-factors statistical model of blended learning, such as metacognition, teacher's organization and guidance, learning environment, internal motivation, external motivation, learning concepts and the system of performance evaluation. And then this paper calculated the weight of each factor and developed a blended learning performance scale according to the statistical model. Moreover, this paper chose students from two majors to do empirical analysis and implemented overall analysis and group discussions on blended learning situation with network learning big data combined. The performance scales can not only assess the factors affecting the students ' learning performance in blended learning based on high-quality resource sharing courses, but also provide basis for teachers' targeted navigation strategies.With the performance scale on trial in groups, the students were given targeted navigation strategies according to scale scores. The results showed that the students in different score segments turned out to have better achievement to various degrees after the navigation. It proved that the performance scale is effective in improving students' performance of blended learning.
