The educational information technology development promoted the profound changes of open educational resources in the field of higher education since the beginning of 21st century.Following the world education revolution,China,in 2003,launched national high-quality courses construction project,and after nearly 10 years of development,the construction has obtained certain achievement.In order to further improve the quality of higher education,and to promote construction and sharing of high quality educational resources,in 2011,the Ministry of Education launched the high-quality resource sharing courses project,which is higher in sharing degree and wider in range of users.The subject is the existence entity of a profession,thus,informational reform of physical education course and its resource sharing is the core in professional physical education development.Taking the 22 courses of national high-quality resource sharing course of physical education as the research object,and integrating use of literature,network data statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the curriculum construction,and draws the following conclusions:(1)In the construction of course system of the 22 courses,the construction proportion of professional direction course is more than that of professional foundation courses and professional development courses.Professional foundation courses construction needs to be strengthened,and professional development courses construction needs to be carried out based on the characteristics of the professional direction and the school.In addition,the secondary discipline curriculum such as sports humanistic sociology,human movement science and national tradition sports construction need to be increased.(2)The problems in the course construction mainly displays in:Course promotion and notability is insufficient,and co-construction and sharing mode is not yet perfect;Teaching team personnel structure is imperfect,and the teachers overall quality needs to be further strengthened;Differentiate disorder structure of teaching content,and developing resources construction is the weak point;Course evaluation system is monotonous,which is unable to inspire teachers and the students' interest in teaching and learning;Website lacks of updating and maintenance timely,and teaching resources cannot download with mobile watching,and curriculum interaction lacks of intelligence.(3)To solve the problems existing in the procedure of course construction,this paper puts forward the further development strategies:Integrate the resources of original high-quality courses and make the "three changes";Strengthen course popularization and cooperation,building effective co-construction and sharing mode;Optimize the structure of teaching team personnel,improving teachers' comprehensive quality;Develop curriculum resources with learners as the center,and strengthen the standardization of resource design;Build a diversified and multi-agent learning evaluation system;Strengthen the development of network monitor and maintenance,and develop mobile learning terminal.
