From the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the 18 th and 19 th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China,we can see that the Party and the government attach great importance to moral education.As an important part of school education,school physical education is of great value in promoting the all-round development of primary and secondary school students,especially in moral education.Therefore,the problems related to physical education in primary and secondary schools have become a hot topic of theoretical research in the field of physical education,but in practice,due to the influence of many factors,the value of physical education has not been fully developed,such as inadequate understanding of physical education resources,unclear composition,inadequate utilization,infinite enlargement of the health value of physical education,and so on.To solve these problems,we need theory urgently.Breakthrough and innovation in practice.Therefore,this study takes the resources of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools as the research object,and uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to study the meaning,value and characteristics,composition and utilization of the resources of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools,and draws the following conclusions:(1)At present,there is not a unified understanding of the definition of physical education moral resources in primary and secondary schools in theory.This study combs the relevant literature and combines the characteristics of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools.It holds that the resources of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools refer to all the effective factors needed to achieve the goal of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools,guided by the goal of physical education moral education.(2)The resources of physical education moral education in primary andsecondary schools have important value in the process of moral education.They are as follows: 1)the foundation of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools,which is conducive to the smooth progress of moral education in schools;2)the implementation effect of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools,and the cultivation of moral education in primary and secondary schools;3)the comprehensive development of primary and secondary school students.It is not the infiltration of sports moral education.(3)The resources of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools have obvious characteristics different from other disciplines(such as Chinese,English,etc.)in the process of promoting the realization of moral education in primary and secondary schools.Such as practicality,occasionality,diversity and other characteristics.(4)By sorting out,summarizing and reflecting the relevant literature,the resources of physical education moral education in primary and secondary schools discussed in this study mainly include: 1)the resources of Physical Education Moral Education under the social and school themes,such as the resources of physical education moral education in civic education,the resources of physical education moral education in school-related documents and the resources of physical education moral education in life safety education;2)the resources of national traditional Wushu culture.The sports moral education resources contained in the traditional sports thought,such as "martial arts" thought and "moral character" education thought;4)sports moral education resources contained in competitive sports,such as Olympic spirit and moral education elements in specific sports items.(5)Influenced by subjective and objective factors,there are many problems in the utilization of sports moral education resources in primary and secondary schools,mainly involving the following aspects: 1)insufficient penetration of aesthetic education under social and school themes in the teaching of sports moral education in primary and secondary schools,unclear distinction between moral quality and psychological quality in the moral education resources in school education itself,and so on;The sports moral education resources contained in the academic culture havethe characteristics of low utilization level,more items and contents,which make it difficult for primary and secondary school physical education teachers to teach and students to learn and remember in teaching.3)The problems in the utilization of moral education resources in traditional physical education thoughts mainly include two aspects: on the one hand,primary and secondary school physical education teachers lack of understanding of moral education resources in traditional physical education thoughts;and on the other hand,physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools lack knowledge of moral education resources in traditional physical education thoughts.On the one hand,the resources of sports moral education in the traditional sports ideology can not be well integrated into the physical education in primary and secondary schools;4)There are differences between the moral education resources contained in competitive sports and the physical education teaching under the guiding ideology of "health first" in school sports,resulting in the predicament of utilization.Through the research on the present situation of the composition and utilization of sports moral education resources in primary and secondary schools,this paper puts forward the following suggestions in view of the existing problems: 1)renewing the educational content,enhancing students' civic awareness and life safety education,cultivating students' critical thinking ability and establishing a correct view of rights and aesthetics;2)the government should pay more attention to the traditional national Wushu culture and strengthen primary and secondary schools.National traditional martial arts teaching;3)Strengthen the training and learning of moral education theory knowledge of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,improve the ideological and moral level of physical education teachers themselves;4)broaden the ways and means of utilizing competitive sports moral education resources,cultivate students' team spirit and sense of cooperation.
