Handan,located in the southern tip of Hebei Province,Jin Ji Lu Yu at the junction of the West by the Taihang Mountains,east of North China Plain,north of Xingtai,south of Anyang,known as the southern gate of Hebei Province.Over the past few years,Handan City,the rapid economic development,but education is lagging behind.From the study of physical education resources,to speed up the development of Handan City,the development of education and education to meet the harmonious development of Handan City requirements.Curriculum resources are the very important concepts put forward by the country in the reform of the new curriculum standards of basic education,but the research is not perfect.Since May 11,2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening the School Physical Education to Promote the All-round Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health,and has made a comprehensive plan to promote the reform and development of school sports and strengthen the work.Because urban and rural schools and local sports facilities and equipment are quite different,so that all students meet the requirements of physical education standards,you need to develop and use a variety of sports resources.Many experts and scholars on the new PE curriculum goals,content,evaluation and implementation of the new curriculum were studied.This paper uses the literature data method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method and so on to take the five middle schools in Handan city as the investigation object,analyzes and analyzes the current situation and the countermeasure of the physical education curriculum resources development in the middle school of Handan city.The results show that the implementation of physical education curriculum in Handan City is mixed.Most of the physical education teachers have accepted the new teaching philosophy,but there are some physical education teachers using old teaching methods for teaching,with the old curriculum approach to solve the new curriculum;physical education teachers meet the requirements,but many teachers on the course Many teachers have participated in the corresponding training,but the training form is single,the time is short,so the training can not achieve very good results;teachers on the teaching content and evaluation research is not thorough enough;The school's teaching facilities meet the requirements of the new curriculum,but the lack of system and coherence,and extra-curricular school curriculum resources in the form of a single form.Finally,according to the present situation of the development of physical education curriculum resources of junior middle school in Handan City,this paper puts forward some suggestions on human resources,natural geography curriculum resources,sports information resources,curriculum content resources,sports facilities resources and extracurricular sports resources Development and utilization.It is hoped that this paper will provide some theoretical reference and suggestions for the comprehensive implementation of physical education curriculum in Handan City.
