With the advancement of education, moral education is becoming more and more important in the Reform of Moral Education Curriculum. Teaching activities in the moral exploitation and utilization of moral education curriculum resources, can not only enrich the curriculum of moral education, build a better moral education system, enhance the attractiveness of the classroom, stimulate students’interest in learning, and thus enhance the level of students’moral education, comprehensive development of students. But also help teachers to achieve teaching objectives, promote their professional growth. However the moral teaching for vocational activities in the research exploitation and utilization of moral education curriculum resources is in a great lackness.This paper mainly adopts the method of action research. Before the research, I’ve read a lot of literature, conducted with questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods to collect and collate information, and then determine the specific issues and analysis. A basis of moral education resources exploitation and utilization of the existing problems, combined with Australian scholar Kemmis action research program "plan, action, observation and reflection", to determine the action research framework, including the establishment of implementation of action programs, action programs, observe the implementation of the program of action, to implement programs of action to reflect the four aspects of the process and effect. Whereas each part is not isolated, but interrelated and dependent on four aspects of the process of constituting a spiral development.The main contents of this study is divided into:First, the introduction part. Including the research questions, understanding the purpose and significance of the study, analysis of domestic and international research status, research ideas and research methods, as well as to define the core concept of this article.Second, the problem analysis and study paths to choose from. Further investigation on the present situation and analysis of problems of the exploitation and utilization of moral education curriculum in A school. Depending on the problem, using action research methods, combined Kemmis action research program to determine the specific steps of this action research.Third, establish action programs in this study, implementation, observation and reflection.1.This study was based on one clear action programs established by the combination of "Professional Ethics and Law" course objectives and the overall goal of teaching modules, based on this, the present study to determine the specific action programs.2.The specific research programs of action can be subdivided into four areas, namely:① student-centered curriculum moral exploitation of human resources; ② in order to "pupil rules" as the carrier of moral education curriculum text and audiovisual resources exploitation; ③to the skit in the form of moral education curriculum resource exploitation practices;④ with video courseware way of moral education courses information resource exploitation.3.The present research program of action to implement the process of observation and reflection and effect. Action research program implementation and consolidation of the results of the analysis, then the effect of the process of action research and program implementation for reflection.Fourth, Research’s inadequate and Prospect. We analysis the shortcoming that exists in this study in order to improve the further research. In reflection of this action on the basis of research for moral education in vocational school leaders and teachers, the author makes suggestions to promote the practice of moral education curriculum resources exploitation and utilization.
