Since the 1980 s,the trend of U-S cooperation and teachers' educational reform has been developing.The cooperation model between universities and primary and secondary schools has become a global trend.At the same time,school-based curriculum development is an important part of the curriculum reform of basic education in China.In recent years,with the full implementation of the new curriculum reform,history,ideological and political,language and other fields.Cartoons have also been widely used in textbooks.It can be seen that in the development of education,more attention has been paid to cartoons.The development of school-based curriculum under U-S cooperation also has certain research significance and value.This paper chooses the school-based curriculum development of Z elementary school as a case study in the school improvement cooperation project between Northeast Normal University and Qingdao Licang District Education Bureau.It adopts interview method,text analysis method,observation method and other specific research methods to understand the development process of school-based curriculum of cartoon,and interprets the relevant development process of school-based curriculum of cartoon from the perspective of vertical collation and analysis,and horizontal analysis.The relationship between the two parties in U-S cooperation in curriculum development,and the cooperation situation and practical value of school-based curriculum development in comic books are discussed according to the above research results.This paper mainly studies and combs the development basis and process of the school-based curriculum for fun,and adopts the form of interviews to analyze the relationship between cooperation and negotiation between U(university)and S(primary school)in the process of development of school-based curriculum for fun.Combining with the problems found by researchers in the process of developing school-based curriculum under the cooperation of U-S,this paper puts forward the essence of the problems within S and between U and S.Quasi-adapted U-S "supply-demand" needs;build an equal partnership;ensure adequate time and funding solutions.
