The "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Principals" states: "Building a culture of educating people" as one of the professional duties of the director.In view of the provisions of the "professional Standards for Kindergarten Principals" and the inherent requirements of kinder-garten development,most of the Principals have realized the necessity of kindergarten culture construction,but in the process of constructing educational culture,the directors faces many challenges.Moral leadership theory is directly rooted in the educational environment.oral leadership theory emphasizes moral authority and professional authority,advocates a service-oriented leadership style,it can provides useful management ideas for kindergarten leaders.The research is based on the Moral leadership theory and the construction of kindergarten education culture,paying attention to the status quo of the kindergarten principals to build a culture of education.The purpose is to discover the problem of the kindergarten principals to build educational culture under moral leadership theory.And analyze the reasons,and make recommendations for the kindergarten principals to build a culture of educating people.It provides a reference for the research and practice of the construction of the kindergarten educational culture.The first chapter raises the research question,and introduces the research background and significance.And reviews the existing research results of Moral leadership theory and the construction of the kindergarten educational culture,and explains the research ideas and methods.The second part introduces moral leadership theory and analyzes the content of the kindergarten principals constructing educational culture under Moral leadership.It mainly introduces the content of Moral leadership theory,the relationship between Moral leadership theory and the kindergarten principals to build a culture of educating people,and elucidating the content of the kindergarten principals to build educational culture under Moral leadership theory.Specifically include:Value Leadership: the Core of Education Culture;Professional Leadership: the Support of Education Culture;Management Practice: the Guarantee of Education Culture.The third part analyzes the status quo of kindergarten principals to build a culture of educating people from the perspective of moral leadership theory.Through interviews and observations,analyzes the status quo of the kindergarten principals to build educational culture under Moral leadership theory from the three dimensions of Value Leading,Professional Leading and Management Practice.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the education of the kindergarten principals to build educational culture under Moral leadership theory.The main problems of the kindergarten principals to build educational culture under Moral leadership theory are: The common vision is formalized,the ability to lead the professional growth of kindergarten teachers is limited,and the management practice of “people oriented” is lacking.This is closely related to tthe director's understanding of the importance of educating people's culture,the path of professional development,and the energy and time of creating a culture of educating people,and organizational structure and power constraints.The fifth part is the proposal of the head of the school to create a culture of educating people from the perspective of moral leadership theory.It is necessary to start from the personal level of the director,the training level of the director,and the evaluation level of the director.The director's personal level,including value first,creates a common vision and professionalism of the park,shapes the professional authority of the leader,transforms the role,and implements a service-oriented leadership style;The training level of the headmaster includes updating the training concept and improving the training course;The director's evaluation level includes strengthening the supervision and evaluation of moral leadership in the education of the head of the school,and establishing a sound and fair evaluation system for the director,and comprehensively improving the ability of the kindergarten director to build a culture of education.
