The nations of the world attach importance to the quality of the preschool increasingly,and China also promulgated The Kindergarten Professional Standard in2015,which set requirements for the professional responsibilities of kindergarten principals.The teaching leadership of the principals determines the quality of kindergartens' education directly,therefore,it is of great significance to the research on the teaching leadership of the principals.In this research,the kindergarten principals in Harbin were taken as the objects of investigation.282 kindergarten principals in Harbin were investigated through questionnaire method,and the kindergarten principals and teachers in Harbin were interviewed,which strove for a full understanding of the current situation of the kindergarten principals' teaching leadership,explored the existing problems of the kindergarten principals' teaching leadership and the causes of the them,and put forward countermeasures to improve the leadership.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:Chapter one: introduction.This chapter is an overview of the research background,the research significance,the research ideas,the topic value and the research methods.Chapter two: literature review.This chapter includes the concept definition of kindergarten principal,leadership and kindergarten principals' teaching leadership,the literature review of kindergarten principal's teaching leadership and the introduction of theoretical basis.Chapter three: the investigation and analysis of the principals' teaching leadership,establishment of the questionnaire and analysis to the result of the questionnaire are included.Firstly,the questionnaire was preliminarily established,and then spss22.0was used to analyze the reliability,validity and exploratory factors analysis of the questionnaire.Finally,the three sub-dimensions of kindergarten principals' teaching leadership were analyzed.Chapter four: the current situation and the existing problems of kindergarten principals' teaching leadership.It mainly includes the analysis of the current situation,existing problems and the causes of the kindergarten principals' teaching leadership.The current situation of the principals' teaching leadership is as follows: the principals' teaching leadership level is generally high,the principals attach importance to leading the professional development of the teachers,the principals still need to work hard to create a positive psychological environment,and the principals have a high level of professional knowledge of conservation education.There are three main reasons affecting the principal's teaching leadership: Their energy is limited and the differences of their educational background also affect the principals' teaching leadership level;the teachers' needs in work are not satisfied and the principals have not formed the psychological atmosphere of respecting and supporting teachers,thus has affected the kindergarten conservation education,which has affected the principals' teaching leadership level;the conflict of educational ideas between parents and principals affects the teaching leadership level of principals.Chapter five: in order to improve the level of the principals' teaching leadership,this research puts forward suggestions from three aspects: the first aspect is that the government should escort for the improvement of the principals' teaching leadership;the second aspect is that the principals should improve their teaching leadership,the growth path can be guiding the growth of teachers' profession,creating a positive psychological environment and improving the professional knowledge of conservation education;the third aspect is that teachers and parents should also spare the worries for the principals to improve the teaching leadership.
