With the rapid development of economy and science and technology around the world,new requirements for talents are put forward in the future.The competition in the world is ultimately attributed to the competition of talents.The rapid development of society has brought great impetus to the development of education.With the encouragement of the country,the youth campus football in China develops rapidly.Football,a world sport,has also been recognized and loved by the teenagers in China.Under the guidance of the state,the development direction of campus football has been extended to kindergarten,so that more people can contact and like the sport earlier.Shandong is a big football Province,with a broad masses of foundation and popular love.If the garden director wants to make great progress,he needs more support and recognition from staff,society and parents,so as to give full play to leadership.If we want to study the leadership of football activities curriculum of kindergarten head with football characteristics,we need to take the practice development and dilemma of kindergarten as the most direct starting point.The focus of this paper is to determine the ability and quality of the kindergarten director to guide the football activities course with the help of the theory of the kindergarten director curriculum leadership.This study uses the methods of literature,Delphi and interview to conduct a thorough and comprehensive study on the leadership of the course of the kindergarten director football activities,focusing on solving the actual development and promotion strategies of the director in guiding the course leadership of football activities,and building the evaluation model of the curriculum leadership of the kindergarten director football activities.The conclusions of the study include the following contents:(1)According to the preliminary construction of the kindergarten director football curriculum leadership evaluation system,the expert questionnaire was prepared,after three rounds of expert advice,finally determined the football curriculum leadership evaluation system of kindergarten kindergarten with football characteristics,including four first-level indicators,12 secondary indicators,42 three-level indicators.(2)According to the analytic hierarchy process,the paper constructs the hierarchical structure model,and finally establishes the leadership index system of the football activity curriculum of the kindergarten head of the kindergarten with football characteristics according to the relevant calculation and steps,in which the weight of each index is calculated,The weight of the first level index is: vision motivation(0.1458)<personalized care(0.2101)< leadership Charm(0.2319)< intelligence stimulation(0.4122);The weight of the secondary indicators is: the research and development force of curriculum content(0.1450)< the index gravity of curriculum evaluation(0.1720)< the construction force of curriculum culture(0.2222).....Planning force of curriculum vision(0.4444)< coordination force of physical and mental development of children(0.5475).(3)The index system of the curriculum leadership of the kindergarten head of football activities in Shandong Province is built,which complements the research theory of the curriculum leadership of the kindergarten head of football characteristic kindergarten,and improves the needs of theory and practice.At present,it is still in the initial stage.Most of the directors attach importance to the course of football activities,and their participation and enthusiasm are very high.(4)The paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify the leadership index system of football activity course of kindergarten head of football characteristic kindergarten in Shandong Province.Finally,the weighted average score is 80.9072,the middle and the best score of membership is 0.7031,the good score is 0.2358,the middle score is 0.1852,the difference score is 0.0008,according to the principle of maximum membership.Therefore,the index system constructed in this paper is in line with the scientific basis.(5)The author chooses the Lixia District of Jinan as the empirical research object,and selects 12 football characteristic kindergartens.It includes 7 public and 5 private.According to the evaluation table of index system,the evaluation score of public kindergartens is higher than that of private people.The leadership of the football activities course of the kindergarten head of public kindergarten is better than that of the private kindergarten.
