The kindergarten principal takes the whole kindergarten as the object of work and the scope of activities,integrating three professional roles of leader,manager and educator.Under the background of preschool education reform,the improvement of kindergarten principal's leadership has attracted more and more attention.The formation of kindergarten principal's leadership is a complex and systematic problem.At present,there are few studies on the key leadership of kindergarten principal,and no complete research system has been formed.The introduction of the professional standards for kindergarten principals makes it clear that kindergarten principals have six professional responsibility standards for planning the development of kindergartens,creating education culture,leading the nursing education,leading the growth of teachers,optimizing the internal management and adjusting to the external environment.In this paper,under the perspective of professional standards,combining modern education leadership and management theory defines the kindergarten key leadership,organizational decision-making ability,communication and coordination ability,planning ability and innovation ability of four dimensions,and the key to how to promote kindergarten leadership,provide children with high quality and stable teaching environment become the top issue facing the present kindergarten education needs.What is the key leadership ability of kindergarten principal and how to improve the key leadership ability of kindergarten principal are the core issues of this study.The essence of the key leadership of the kindergarten principal is the leadership that the kindergarten principal plays in the leadership management of the kindergarten in a specific situation.Through the play of the key leadership ability of the kindergarten principal,it can effectively affect all employees,children and parents of children.With the introduction of professional standards for kindergarten principal,it is clear that the kindergarten head takes the whole kindergarten as the working object and activity scope,integrates three professional roles of leader,manager and educator,and has six professional responsibilities.Among them,leading care education is one of the important responsibilities.In the context of educational reform,the key leadership role of kindergarten principal is becoming more and more prominent.In addition,the implementation of "local responsibility,hierarchical management" system in China makes the core position of kindergarten principal increasingly prominent.But at present,there are few researches on the key leadership of kindergarten principal,and there is no complete research system.Therefore,how to improve the key leadership of the principal of kindergarten and provide children with a high-quality and stable teaching environment has become the primary problem that kindergarten education needs to face at this stage.This study combines quantitative research with qualitative research,using literature,questionnaire and interview,This study is divided into seven parts,the first part is the introduction of the full text,which discusses the research background,research purpose and significance and research ideas,and defines the kindergarten principal,professional standards and key leadership.In the second,third and fourth parts,the paper expounds the leadership development of the three directors in the form of specific cases.In the fifth part,under the professional standard vision,the key leadership ability of kindergarten principal is obtained,including the key leadership ability of kindergarten principal,and influencing factors.The sixth part puts forward existing problems and related reasons for the key leadership ability of kindergarten principal,and in the seven part,the ways and methods to improve the key leadership ability of kindergarten principal in the perspective of professional standards are proposed.Through the research,we found that the leadership of the three directors is relatively weak,and the key leadership ability of the directors is related to the administrative experience,length of service and academic background.The directors of Y kindergarten and Z kindergarten are relatively high in both work experience and education background.They have relatively professional attitude and higher ability in interviews and questionnaires.Therefore,in the follow-up kindergarten development management,we need to pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,enhance the awareness of independent development,improve the assessment system,and establish a mechanism of "self-examination+other evaluation" to constantly improve the kindergarten leadership.This study provides a new perspective for improving the leadership of kindergarten directors,enriches the preschool education theory in the theory of educational leadership,and provides a theoretical reference for the promotion of leadership,which plays a role in the further research of experts and scholars.
