As an indispensable and meaningful subject,physical health course should conform to the development of the times,ensure the physical and mental health of special students and improve the quality of teaching.However,at present,the class time of Physical Education Health Course in Colleges and universities is far from meeting the needs of special student groups.There is no centralized assistant learning after class,and students' sense of neglect is strengthened;the examination content is mainly skill testing,the examination form is single,the individual differences of special students are ignored,and the explanation of theoretical knowledge is lacking;the evaluation system of physical education health course is incomplete;and the special student groups are strengthened.There are no questions about the process of sports participation,attitude towards sports and the degree of progress.Therefore,it is urgent to ensure the physical and mental health of special students and improve the teaching quality of sports health class.In order to improve the teaching quality of sports health classes and ensure the physical and mental health of special student groups,this article uses the literature method to comb through the past literature and learned that most of the articles on sports health classes stay at the theoretical research stage,and there are more repetitive studies.Little research has been done on practice,and the lame leg phenomenon is extremely serious;Using the teacher-student interview method,we try to understand the basic situation of Blackboard teaching platform and health class from three aspects: theory,practice and subject needs.It will lay the foundation for the design and application of physical health care content in the Blackboard teaching platform,make health classes more scientific and targeted,and also make the research of this paper more brainstorming;Using the questionnaire method to understand students 'satisfaction with the online courses of the Blackboard teaching platform,they conducted surveys from five aspects: interest in learning,learning skills,online participation,cooperation awareness,and reflection and summary;Using mathematical statistics to collate the feedback of special students,it is concluded that after using the Blackboard teaching platform,special students have a higher overall evaluation of the platform,and only the number of people who are not satisfied with the online participation is more,among which there are many reasons.For example,there is little interest in the platform,no interest in the content setting on the platform,and bias against teachers.The following conclusions were reached:1.Based on the learning theory of humanism,the "Guidelines for Physical Education in National Colleges and Universities",the current situation of physical education and health classes,the characteristics of special student groups,the advantages of Blackboard teaching platform,and my teaching experience,I designed a module suitable for special student groups.It involves the overall content design of the module,the overall interface design,and the specific structure design of the module,which lays the foundation for improving the teaching quality of sports health classes.2.The combination of daily teaching and Blackboard teaching platform is the manifestation of educational progress.In the evaluation of the application process of Blackboard teaching platform,we can know that the special students have a high awareness of Blackboard platform,which really improves the classroom quality of physical and mental health courses,guarantees the physical and mental health of special students,customizes a set of services for students,and achieves "from learning".Students,serve students.
