According to a series of requirements for the physical education curriculum in the "General High School Sports and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",the general high school physical education curriculum should be guided by the idea of health first to promote students' overall development and personality development.The teaching content of sports optional courses is continuously optimized.Fitness aerobics is a kind of physical exercise based on music and aerobic dance.It improves physical health and promotes all-round development of physical activities.It is a popular subject for ordinary high school physical education students.This article adopts expert interview method,literature data method,questionnaire survey method to conduct preliminary research and design on the theoretical basis and practical program of the fitness and aerobics module teaching;using the experimental method and inductive summary method to apply the content of the fitness and aerobics module design to In the teaching practice of Binhai Middle School,we observe the feasibility,operability and teaching results of the module content,and modify and improve it according to the results of practice.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)By consulting the literature and Related Materials,this paper summarizes the design ideas of aerobics module,including: design basis,design principles,design objectives and design steps.According to these several points to carry on the module content initial formulation.(2)Through field investigation,Weifang Binhai Middle School has 2 aerobics teachers,1 male teacher and 1 female teacher;the venues and facilities are relatively complete;most students have a certain basis of aerobics;but there is also a single teaching content,Teaching methods and teaching methods are not flexible enough,and teaching evaluation also adopts more traditional methods and other defects.(3)According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,through continuous research,starting from the three dimensions of fitness and aerobics teaching,physical fitness teaching,and theoretical teaching,combined with the physical and mental development laws,characteristics and cognitive abilities of high school students,many expert interviews are being conducted After arriving at a preliminary practical plan.(4)After research and analysis,the practical program was applied to the teaching of fitness and aerobics in Binhai Middle School,and many problems were found.The specific details are as follows: in the practical plan,the content of physical training is not comprehensive enough;the content of the pace learning is single when learning pace.In the actual teaching process,the choice of music is not biased towards the music that students love;the lack of diversification of grouping in learning and practice leads to a decrease in the quality of the practice effect;problems such as the single form of teaching demonstration links.(5)After discussing with the aerobics teacher,the module content was adjusted,modified and improved accordingly.The specific modifications are as follows:Change the in-situ step combination to the marching step combination;In the choice of music,many students' favorite music has been added;In the teaching,diversified grouping forms are used to cultivate the students' cooperative ability;the physical training methods and contents have also been refined,and the teaching content of the fitness and aerobics module is finally established.Combined with the teaching practice of the fitness and aerobics module content in Binhai Middle School,several suggestions are put forward:(1)In the teaching of fitness and aerobics,teachers can make partial adjustments based on the teaching content of the 10 modules according to the characteristics of the students and the school's site and equipment conditions,and adopt the best teaching plan.(2)Aerobics teachers should design semesters,units,and class hours teaching goals based on the overall goals of the school's physical education curriculum.The teaching methods should meet the students' interests and sports needs,and more suggestions and explanations should be used in the teaching process.Allow students to accept faster.(3)Schools should continuously improve physical education venues and teaching facilities,continuously enrich teaching content,flexibly use teaching methods and means,and improve teaching evaluation mechanisms so that students can give full play to their main role in the classroom.(4)Teachers should participate in more advanced teaching and learning,constantly enrich their professional abilities and professional qualities,and be able to provide students with diverse,comprehensive,and contemporary learning content.
