| The cultivation of postgraduate’s scientific research ability is an important part of the cultivation of talents in Higher Education in China.The literature reading is an important part of postgraduate’s scientific research.The lack of literature reading ability will lead researchers to be unable to grasp the context of scientific and technological research and seek the entry point.However,the cultivation of postgraduate literature reading ability has not received enough attention,and there are few related researches.There are some problems in the current training situation,such as relying on your own exploration,insufficient teacher guidance,lack of continuous and in-depth discussion,and lack of advanced and effective training mode and specific methods.This research takes situational learning and activity theory as the theoretical basis.By summarizing the relevant research experience and combining with the preliminary investigation of potential members of the literature reading community,this research started with the three elements of community of practice,namely,the field,the community and the practice,and developed the design of the postgraduate literature reading community in the blended learning environment.This research conducted an eight-month practice of cultivating the literature reading community,which has experienced five community growth stages: latent,joint,action,dispersion and commemoration.The community cultivation process mainly adopts the strategy of task-driven,role division and combination of online and offline.The WeChat small program “check in” is the main interactive platform on the line,and the literature reading seminar is the main form of discussion off the line.After the practice is completed,the research analyzed the cultivation effect of the postgraduate literature reading community through quantitative analysis of cultivation process data and qualitative interviews with participants of different roles.The results show that there is a good atmosphere within the community,and members can feel humanistic care and team cohesion.The frequency and length of weekly literature reading of community members have increased,and the ability of document management and utilization of most members has been improved.At the same time,with the change of the membership of the community,the novice members gradually move from the periphery of the community to the center of the community.In the online and offline activities of the literature reading community,a relatively stable interactive network has been formed among the members of the community.Among them,there are significant differences in the degree of interaction among members of online sharing activities.The off-line social network is obviously better than the on-line network.The network density is higher,and there are no obvious edge participants in the off-line network.In a word,the literature reading community fostered in this research has strong influence among its members. |
