As a product of the process of urbanization in China,the leftover children mainly refer to the children who are forced to live together with other relatives by their parents.Because these children lose their parents and lack of affection when they are younger,these children are different from other children in education,life and emotion.In these situations,growing children have some bad psychological feelings,such as anxiety,inferiority and anxiety.Meanwhile,these children usually have negative behavior,such as inferiority,isolation,impulsiveness and so on.The good healthy development of children is very important to their own families schools or society.But,in the face of the continuous development of China's modernization and urbanization process,migrant workers have become thee inevitable trend of today's society.Therefore,to a certain extent,the number of leftover children will continue to increase and develop.According to the report published by the China National Women's Federation in 2014,there are about 63 million of the primary school leftover children in all of our population.So Leftover children is a long-term social problem.To a certain extent,this problem is not only directly related to the long-term development of pure society,but also to many children's mental health problems.Individuals,families,schools and society should be highly valued.In recent years,many people have attached importance to the social problem of the leftover children.However,many experts and scholars are concerned about the comparative study between the leftover children and the non left behind children.Little attention is paid to the mental health problems of left behind children.This paper takes the psychological problems of leftover children in primary schools as the main research contents,and surveys and collects documents to grasp the current basic situation of leftover children in primary schools.And from the eighthprimary school in Xilinhaote,Inner Mongolia,200 students are selected as the research subjects to find out the psychological problems caused by these students and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the psychological health problems of the left behind children in primary school.Through consulting literature and overviewing the relevant achievements of famous scholars at home and abroad,I study the research direction,content and present situation of psychological problems of the primary school leftover children.At the same time,I visited a number of primary school in Inner Mongolia city of Xilinhaote eighth primary school and The East China Normal University psychology professor Zhou Bucheng complied the mental health test of primary school leftover children so as to understand the mental health status better.The survey results showed that the mental health level of the leftover children was significantly lower than that of the non leftover children.From the perspective of grades,with the increase of grades,mental health problems of leftover children was more and more bigger.Aiming at the problems existing in the mental health of leftover children in primary schools,this paper puts forward corresponding educational countermeasures,such as strengthening individual psychological counseling,carring out psychological counseling and other psychological counseling.
