ObjectiveIn recent years, the physical quality of female college students is worrying, and their participation in fitness activities and sports behaviors need to be improved. As a basic sports ability, balance ability plays a leading role in female college students' sports participation. This paper intends to start with the improvement of the static balance ability of female college students, through the experimental comparison of Taiji footwork practice and standing pile practice,to analyze the influence and mechanism of the two sports modes on the static balance ability of female college students,so as to clarify the influencing factors of the static balance ability of female college students, and then choose a more appropriate sports mode to improve their own balance ability.MethodIn this study,24 female college students from 2019 non physical education majors of Beijing Sport University who accepted the compulsory course of physical education by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics. The study screened all subjects through questionnaires to ensure that they had no sports injury or disease that significantly affected Taiji footwork and standing practice. In this study, the metitur good balance balance balance test system of Finland was used to analyze the movement distance of body center of gravity in x-axis and Y-axis direction(mean x)before and after exercise in six different body positions(A = left foot closed eye standing,B = right foot closed eye standing,C = left foot open eye standing,D = right foot open eye standing,E =both feet closed eye standing,F= both feet open eye standing)Value, mean y value, moving speed(mean x speed, mean y speed),etc. All the test data passed spss25.0 for independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test.Results(1)It was not statistically significant to analyze the subject's height, weight, age, and BMI.(2)There is no significant difference between the moving distance and the moving speed of the body center of gravity of the two groups of female college students on the X axis, the movement distance of the Y axis and the speed of movement of the Y axis.(3)Before and after the tai chi footwork group and station pile group, tai chi footwork body center of gravity in the X axis of the movement distance and moving speed,Y axis movement distance and moving speed, there are significant differences, station pile group in the X-axis of the movement distance and movement speed, have significant differences..(4)After practice,it can be seen that there is no significant difference between the movement distance and movement speed of the body center of gravity of the two groups on the X axis, the movement distance of the Y axis and the movement speed of the Y-axis.Conclusion(1)Tai chi footwork and standing post exercise can improve the balance ability of female college students, but the influence of tai chi footwork and standing post on the static balance ability of female college students is directional.Tai chi footwork plays an important role in improving the stability of body center of gravity of female college students in front, back, left and right directions(i.e.x-axis and y-axis),and the standing post on the left and right directions(i.e.X-axis)of female college students Axis)plays an important role in improving the stability of the body's center of gravity, but the effect on the stability of the body's center of gravity is not obvious in the fore-and-aft direction(i.e.Y axis). That is to say,the standing pile exercise can adjust the balance of the left and right muscle strength of the lower limbs, and maintain the stability of the body's center of gravity in the left and right directions.(2)Tai chi footwork group and standing pile group have no significant effect on the stability of body center of gravity in front and back left and right directions(i.e.xaxis and y-axis).That is to say,for Tai cai footwork and standing pile two training methods,it is impossible to assess which training method is more conducive to the improvement of female college students' static balance ability for the time being.
