"Learning first,teaching later,in-class training" is a teaching model in line with the new curriculum reform concept.It is composed of three parts:first,"study first",students look at the textbook or read the textbook,and then test;Second,"after teaching",students and teachers interact with each other to achieve learning goals;Three,"in-class training",students in class to complete the homework.This model starts from the reality,pays attention to the actual effect,has manifested the student's main body status and the teacher's leading role fully,conforms to the independent,the cooperation,the inquiry study idea which the new curriculum standard proposed.Therefore,in the process of biology teaching in junior high school,it is of great significance to carry out the applied research on the teaching mode of "learning before teaching,in-class training".This study was carried out for the first time in Shang haimiao school in the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry.Students from two classes of grade one in the junior high school of the author's school were taken as the research objects.Methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire survey,performance analysis and action research were adopted.After consulting relevant materials and collecting all kinds of information,make an interview outline for teachers.The current situation of the application of this mode,existing problems and Suggestions for improvement were interviewed,and the interview results were summarized and analyzed.The majority of teachers believe that the comprehensive quality of students,the quality of classroom teaching and students' scores have been improved after the application of this model,but there are still some problems.Some teachers do not have a deep understanding of themodel,and there is a phenomenon of copying mechanically.Based on the above problems,the author carried out a research on the application of the teaching mode of "learning before teaching,in-class training" in junior high school biology teaching.The questionnaire survey method was used to test the pre-test and post-test of the students' interest,self-learning and cooperative learning in the first grade of the study.The results showed that the number of people who had a positive attitude before and after the test was significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that students' interest in learning,self-learning ability,and cooperation awareness have been significantly improved.The students were tested before and after the biotest scores,and the results were statistically analyzed.It was found that the average score,pass rate and excellent rate of the students' post-test scores were higher than those of the previous test scores;The t test(P<0.01)showed that improving the teaching mode had a significant effect on improving students' academic performance.To sum up,in the teaching of biology in junior high school,the teaching mode of "learning first,teaching later,in-class training" was used to improve the teaching,and the students' learning interest,independent learning ability,sense of cooperation and academic performance were improved.This mode improves the teaching efficiency,promotes the students' all-round development and achieves the goal of teaching and educating.
